Hi ladies

I had my ba nearly 4 weeks ago and am currently wearing a 34f sports bra, I was given permission to wear a strapless bra next weekend for my engagement party so went and got measured. I now measure a 32ff which from a 32c is a good jump up for me. When some of the girls have asked what size I am and I tell them I get told they dont look that big.

Dont get me wrong I didnt want to be massive but I wanted them to look bigger. I was happy with them but now I am starting to doubt if I really am, another girl who had her ba the same day as me (who is lovely) had nothing to start with and now hers look huge.

I guess Im just being greedy but I had hoped they would look bigger!

somebody kick me up the bum please and tell me to stop whinging. My Surgeon (who is also my boss) checked them on Monday night and says once they have dropped you wont even be able to tell I have implants (Im taking this as a good thing) He is really pleased with them xx

*KICK* - STOP WHINGING! (hehe there you go)
the size sounds very big so you must just be used to the size hunni and also because your friend had nothing to begin with, its just a massive change for you so they seem much larger.... plus you did have boobs to begin with and she didnt.??

Well im sure they are algood love. If your surgeon says so they must be great.

At 4 weeks post-op you're still early in your recovery and it's very possible the label in your next bras might go up again as you continue to heal.

In saying that, I really would not get too hung up on a bra 'label' that's all it is sweetheart, nothing more, the size on that label does not matter, what does matter if when you get dressed and look in that mirror, do you feel better than you did pre-op?

Was the purpose of having your op achieved?

Peoples perceptions of cup sizes are ridiculous! I used to think an FF cup would be HUUUUUUUUGE! You go look at a 38FF in a shop and sweetness you'll be lucky to carry it they're so big!

Two people can both wear that FF cup, one's enormous and one's big, but the back size is different and it's this that makes the difference to how big your bra is and confuses people when they think of a FF cup.

Your boobs look a great size in your avatar hun! And you have great side boobage!

I'm telling you hun, once you're in proper wired bras and dress them babies up, your mates won't know what hit them!

Just 'enjoy your boobs hun, you had them done for you, not your mates.

You look GREAT! Enjoy them! unsure how to feel :-S 923101

I think they look really really nice sweety xx

Nice shape, nice size........ x Like Cookie says, sit back, relax and enjoy your new additions and your engagement party hun xx

Don't listen to what other people say and forget about bra sizes as what matters is what looks good on you and makes your assets look nice and is comfortable xx

Consider yourself kicked up the bum xx Hug

They look really good to me. I have the same CC as you and mine are also overs.
I will be 28 days/ 4 weeks tomorrow and I am sure mine are smaller than yours.
I got measured/fitted last week for a new sports bra and I am still in the 34 DD I bought for after op.
but measure a 32 E/34DD X

i sued to a a c cup like you, n now im a 34ff too...like you, and mine dont look huge to me...but my friends all say..er yeah jen, they look huge!! so it must be a case of you have got used to them that quickly,]. I think i have too, cos i dont feel like theyr that big, but again, an ff for real boobs looks bigger then an ff fake boobies, think cos the natural ones drop lower so look bigger, whereas fake ones produte a lot more.
if you are happy with how they look, forget bra sizes and enjoy them!!!! xx

If they dont look that big in clothes hun you are wearing the wrong things. I myself am a 32ff and in some clothes I look an A cup which is fine when I want to hide them. After my ba I had to learn how to dress them. A few new tops later and they look huge. It's all about learning to dress them now hun. I found very fitted tops show them to their full potential. V necks are great in a stretchy material. Patterns can either make then huge or completely hide them. High neck fitted tops are the best for making them huge. Just try a few different things and see what hides them and what shows them off.

I never thought about it like that because I feel the same about mine and most of my friends say they dont look very big. Maybe you should compile a list of 'do's and don'ts' on how to make them look big!!! Id certainly be interested in suggestions dance

If you google for sites offering advice on how to dress big busted women they give lots of tips on the best way to help you get the most for you new boobs -

Look for sites such as this one HERE.

If you have a big bust, to get the best from it you are going to need to make a few changes to your wardrobe and those sites to help 'guide' you.... But remember that it's only guidance, what is right for one woman is right for another, for example, it's said corset tops on a large busted woman looks great but only with sleeves, but I have skinny arms and they're not in bad nick so I don't need sleeves at all as my arms are a good feature and place more emphasis on my boobs.

Some women can wear smock tops with a larger bust, but I think you have to have height to carry that look off, me, I'm drowned in those styles as I'm only small and they make me look fat rather than buxom.

so take tips from the fashion gurus, go shopping, take the tips with you, go in the changing room with your rack of clothes and adapt the tips to suit your own body shape... That's what we mean about learning to dress your new boobs, it's all about adjusting your brain to accept your new bodyshape, which isn't the same one for all of us, then knowing you have a big bust adapting your style to get the best from your new boobs.

For me at just 5ft2 with a 32F, I have to steer well clear of anything floaty, it drowns me, so I stick to a very fitted line of clothing to make the most of my curves, as I have a small waist something like a tight pencil skirt/dress is perfect! with a skirt I'd wear a stretchy tight blouse that clings to my shape, I'm currently liking the wide leg trouser, but again stick to a tight top with a low neckline but not banging out my cleavage neckline, just a nice simple square cut or v neck neckline, I can't wear polo necks as they make my top half look bigger than my bottom making me look totally out of proportions, not a good look!

Just dress to suit you babe, but adapt to suit your boobs. xx
