Looking through Mail on-line I came across this article by Peter Arnstein...http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1377646/Had-breast-implant-past-20-years-Call-clinic.html

The next to last paragraph reads...If we are to rescue the reputation of our profession, all private clinics must offer scans at a cost price of £50 rather than the usual £200 and offer corrective surgery if required at a reasonable cost.

This is good news for the 'pip' ladies if clinics are doing this.
