I bout about 5 in lots of different sizes as I was worried the 34E they recommended wouldn't fit (which it didn't, was far too tight around the band). I had a band bigger in a 36DD which fitted me nicely after the op

Hey hun.

I had 410s (I asked my PS for an Eish size) I bought a 34 and 36 E and a 34F. To start with. I was in the 34E to start with then on day 5 went to the 36E as my swelling arrived. I'm now back in thee 34E and it fits nicely.

Asda do post surgey bras and their only £6. So u can take the ones back that don't fit. xxxx

Hi i had 410 unders and was told it should take me to 34 dd/e. I wore the 34e first few days due to swelling then the d cups i bought bra extenders from marks and spencers 3 for a fiver they are brilliant for attaching to your bra when the area round your ribs swell.
