Hellloooooooo, I've found this site for the pre-op girls (me too haha0 where you can get full big sized silicone breast implants to put in your bra!
im guna invest in the extra large full size ones, I need to get used to having bigger boobs and i need ppl to get used to them too so it doesnt look obvious when the boob job happens!

It is defo worth investing in. You could still use them after BA for huge impact x

exactly lol. ive just bought the extra large ones! will keep you posted when they arrive . cus the thing is these small gel bra inserts are crap, i have to use like 2 in each boob on top of the gel bra itself and its a nuisance, so rather have 1 big silicone one! and you can get it wet, so u cn go swimming in it lol!

AHHHH love the idea.... i have just been using those 'crap' inserts as you mentioned and they dont do anything for me!!
might give your lil idea a go LOL

no problem my gorgeous girlies, like i sed ill give u an update on what the size is like when i get them and if they really do add a good few cup sizes. yep the bra inserts are sooo rubbish! keep watching this topic for an update xxx

Right girls.....I'm back with the answer! My silicon bra enhancers arrived this morning in size extra large, they are 284g each. And i've put them on with my underwired gel bra which is size 36C, which makes the total size approx 300g in each boob ( a chicken fillet is 55g , it says tht on my chicken fillet) and I've got cleavage and I am impressed.

This silicon bra enhancer is the equivalent to wearing 5 chicken fillets in each boob, I definitely recommend these for pre-op girls! absolutely worth the money cus they cover the whole boob too and its just one implant, not 5 bits of chicken fillets so they not guna fall out!!!!! amazing!!!!!!!

So girls if you wear the extra large size with a built in gel bra, you're wearing the equivalent to 300g in each boob, and you get cleavage! woop woop lol, definately an amazing investment being pre-op!

You welcome hun, buy the extra large, the 23.99, the rest are not worth the money.

I always wear a vest top over my bra, the ones you get from hnm, and tht squashes em more together too, then i wear my normal tops on top xxx
