My implants are really, really high and are ever so slightly only just beginning to lose the 'square' flat look. Has anyone got any pics that I could have a peek at please... more for reassurance than anything, cos all the ones I have seen are lovely and not square and look nothing like my flat ones? Worried sick they are going to be like this forever... come on boobies! DROP!

do they go square because of swelling or what? i just cant understand it.. sorry if i sound thick just wondered lol :) coz this is one of the things im scared of when i get mine.... just keep reasurring myself theres lots of changes ahead for them

Hi Lauren, not sure why they look square. I think it only happens if you have unders because of the muscle. The implant is very high because the muscle hasn't relaxed around it, letting it drop properly, I think. I don't think it happens to everyone, either, because I haven't seen any other pics of them looking like mine, although I know it does happen
