Haha yes LL I was thinking this earlier! we've only just begun and 48 pages.. january has been and gone and they only had 31 pages, December managed 39! Well I'm glad I had my op in march we've obviously got alot of people on here who are happy to help each other! Best month by far! :teehee:
Glad you're doing well Serenade! and first one to get on here and post today! Like LL said just use it as an excuse to do absolutely nothing! Just rest for now and try and get some sleep tonight!

I can't get comfortable. Trying not to use my arms to move around. I did by accident and it really hrut. This bed is soooo not comfortable.

I haven't heard anything from Auriga but I was wondering the same thing. I hope all is well and we'll be hearing from her soon. She is probably wiped out. Surgery really takes a toll on the body.

I can't wait until all of us Marchies are all healed and happy! We'll have to have a picture day and take a pic of the new girls dressed up in the summer! lol

Im am also getting dissoluble stitches and i heard that they itch like CRAZY?? is this true for you?

LL, I know what you mean about the stitches being takin out so soon! My youngest son (4) has had stitches twice (he is accident prone lol) and both times i freaked out because the Doc took them out 4-5 days after putting them in and i thought the wound would open back up but i am glad to say that they NEVER did! so im sure you have nothing to worrie about Hun!

I am feeling very sore. Even with the pain pills and pain pump. I can not believe it is done.
Can't wait to be home and away from this hotel. This bed is really hard. Can't get comfy. I did juist does for an hoour.
How well did you all sleep at first.

Ya, hotel beds are never comfy. Do you have an early appointment at least? The first night I slept pretty well I believe. I slept on the couch because I can sleep the most comfortable sitting up if position myself properly. I tried to sleep in the bed last night for the first time because I miss my husband so bad but I was uncomfortable. My back is so annoyed by me sleeping on it all the time. I'm a side sleeper. Anyway, I'm trailing off.... I think you should be okay to sleep tonight just from all the stress your body has been through.
Oh, I meant to ask too, what is the pain pump that you have?

The pain pump is a medication that has tubes going into the incisin. They take it out tomorrow. I want to keep it.

I hope you can get some decent sleep candycain. Wow I keep learning things on this site everyday! as I ave never heard of that sort of pain pump (I was thinking the regular morphine pain pump not ones that go into the incision) anyway rest up and I can't wait to hear about the rest of your recovery xx

Quite well, the GA I think plus hospital bed and the pain meds. Staying put certainly helps for me petal, the y really calm down if you can try to stay still for a while.
