6 Weeks Post Op, Scared To Wear Normal Bra's!
Hey girls,
Well, I'm 6 weeks post op tomorrow. So I'm officially good to wear normal bra's! The only thing is, I think I'm a little scared to ditch my comfy sports bra!
I'm just wondering, do normal bra's help or hinder the development/dropping of our post op breasts?
xx

They're simply the next step in your healing hun. Your sportsbras have given you full support during the healing process, you no longer require that full support but your boobs do still need some support from wearing a bra to get the best in maintaining your boobs.
If you're not quite feeling comfortable to ditch the sportsbra, just try wearing a normal bra for a couple of hours a day, building up the time until you feel ready to go all day hun.
I'm almost 12 months post-op now and still love the security I get from my sportsbras. If I'm just lounging around the house with nowhere to go, you can bet I'll have me old faithful on! xx

18 months on and I still love my sports bras! I've got a couple of M&S total support non-wired ones as well which are so comfy. Deffo treat them as my pj's! You'll know when you're ready to move on to underwired bras hun. There's no rush xx
