Sports bra size
Im only 4 days post op and am currently wearing a 36D sports bra. I was a 34a/b pre op and bought both Ds and DDs but took the DD sizes back as the nurse suggested to me before leaving that the sports bra should be tight and keep them in place so to speak.
Only thing is mine seem REALY tight. I cant tell if its my boobs that are stretching them or me imagining it..should I maybe be in a different size??

Re: Sports bra size
I had to go up a size a few days after my op to accommodate the swelling. I used to start off with a DD in the morning and put an E on in the afternoon. Is it tight on your boobs or band? If its your band I would just use a bra extender if its too tight on your boobs then I'd go back and get the DD ones xx
