sports bra size post op? bra size now?

What size sports bra were you in post op and what size bras do you wear now?

For my 1st BA 4 years ago, I wore a 32D post op and then after 30DD which is the same. For this BA, I wore a 32E post op and needed a new sports bra so got measured at 4 weeks into a 30FF but 30F fits fine too so pretty much the same size x

I'd be interested to know this as well as I'm in a 32D sports bra but I'm terrified when I get measured they'll tell me I'm a B or something!

Duno if this is relevant to this question but just tryin to work out what my size is now for support bras as ive got dd and not sure if ile need an E. i measure 31 under the bust and im wearing a 34 band macom bra, which is comfy as im a little swollen now. My over bust measurement is 39 so would i do the difference for cup size from the 32 what i measure or the 34 what im wearing at the mo. Hope ive explained that right, just a bit confused xx

Not 100% jodie, but as far as I've aware you add 3 to your underbust measurement to get your band size - making you 34 then work out the difference between the 34 and the 39 = 5 inches which would make you an E.

Don't quote me on that but that's how I've always done mine xx

Yeah that would make more sense because i know if i did the old way n added 5 that would make me a 36 which is too big and 32 would be too small. Thanks xx

I wore a 36D and 34DD sports bra during my initial recovery, at first I was really very swollen around my ribs. When I got measured I was a 32F, 9 months later I measured a 32FF
