Do all fake boobs look fake?

Hey just wondered in everyones opinion who has had there surgery,do u think all fake boobs look fake?x

No definitely not I've seen lots of natural looking ones, if you keep to a conservative size sometimes it can be really hard to tell if they're fake.

Well I had a health check at a bupa clinic in London a few weeks back and the Doctor examining me said she wouldn't have known I had implants if she hadn't seen the scars.

I went to dinner with some girls who didn't know 3 of us at the table had had BA's ranging from 4 years to me at 3 months post op , and they said had we not told them they would never have picked us for BA's, we all look natural .

Depends on the bra. I can create a 'fake' look if I want from a good push up bra, I can also get away with a natural look too with a different bra.

I will say that even though I was a small B before my op, I could also even then achieve a killer cleavage from clever padding and a good bra.... I would even then get asked had I had a boob job by people who didn't know me before I even had a BA!.

It's all down the bra sweetie. xx

Totally agree with all this cookie, I was also asked if I'd had a boob job before I had, and It was all down to the bra I was wearing. xx

Iv agreed to get 300 cc under implants,I'm a 34 a/b now... What cc is a dd? As I want a full d,not sure if the 300 cc will provide this?

Your asking a question that unfortunately no-one can give a definate answer to...as the end result will depend on how much breast tissue/skin you already have.

However, I have been advised that for every 125-150cc that is a cup size. 300cc implants on me took me from a B to a DD but on someone else they could take them to a C or even an E!! x x

Charlie is correct. our resulting size isn't soley dependant on your implant size. There are so many factors to be taken into account when determining your size, such as the amount of existing breast tissue you already have, the amount of body fat you have, the shape of your rib cage, along with height and weight. ou only have to take a look at the stats thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to see how much a resulting size varies from the same size size implant.

If you're overly concerned about the size suggested for you sweetness, then it may be an idea to arrange to see your surgeon again before your op, to discuss in depth what will be expected from your results till you're 100% happy. xx

Mine look very natural, i told a friend i had them replaced because i had pips and he said i didnt know you had them in the first place! Most other people are suprised too. I think if you are in proportion people dont really think it. Of course there are angles and ways you can push them to make them look fake but even that is difficult with mine. I started 34b and after 335cc overs went to 34dd, just had replaced with 375 and they are still the same size just a bit fuller. Hope this helps xx

I think some girls meet their surgeon and ask for a natural look and some ask for fake it depends on preference. If you ask your surgeon for natural he will try to give to give you the most natural look possible. I think there is a game in the just for fun section of the forum called real or fake and I just couldn't get them all.

my boobs are very fake looking, but then i did ask for the fake look, but ive seen lots of pics of girls whi have had a ba but theres look really natural.... x

I wish mine looked a little faker to be honest lol x

It depends on the person and how big you go compared to your frame.

Mine look really natural, I kind of wish they looked more fake haha!x

Mine can look natural or fake which is really handy!

I'm still having bra drama! Sometimes when I go bra shopping I get abit of post traumatic stress thinking back to pre BA days ! Lol! What cut of bra makes u look fake?x

I'm gonna be a lil controversial. It's not meant to be bitchy but I've discovered that a lot of girls who say their boobs look natural when they've had them done seem to be, in my opinion, quite disillusioned. About 90% of girls who said their boobs looked natural, I bit my tongue, but i didn't agree! And a lot of these ladies are my friends. I can only recall one girl who had me fooled.

First off. When you first get them done, they're gonna stick out like a googly pair of eyes. You have to wait for the fluffing period to be over to tell if they've 'natuarelled out'. This can take over year. So guage how post-op the ladies are first. Most boobs do look fake when they are. I too want this 'natural' look. For this to be achieved I've considered my body size and existing breast tissue. I've made my goals quite clear to the surgeons and PCCs I've seen. I have absolutely no desire to go too big. I've got fried eggs right now and what I want is a pair of boobs not melons.

The best thing to do, in my opinion is be practical. I learned not to listen to what girls say about their own boobs but judge for myself from what I can see. Like I said. It's not meant to sound bitchy, just practical to help you get the answers that'll be most beneficial to you. But I do think that push-up bras will prob fake them out as you'll see the roundness of the implant that has been pushed to the top of the breasts.

i think it depends what I wear.

At present I have ruptured pip implants so at present they dont look great...but up until recently mine did look really natural,I think so,as does my fella and family. Even my gp said they look really natural and off appearance she woulnt have known they were implants. But i do still wear padded bra's...so i suppose with my bra on they look a size bigger. I actually blushed the other day when the receptionist at my daughters school asked me if my boobs were my own!...she said they looked real but had wondered for a while due to me being petite everywhere else.

I don't think they do - mine are only small implants 265cc and mine look really natural,

The right balance for me is being able to look natural but get a fake look if I want one in a push up bra and mine do look fake then because they get pushed up to give the stuck on look but I kinda like it sometimes x
