Discomfort when sleeping...still!
It's been over 2 months now since I had my op and I haven't had a full night's sleep without waking up since before my op! I can sleep partially on my side but as soon as I go to move to a more comfortable position more fully on my side and trying to roll on to my front then I wake up because of a slight pain and discomfort! Did anyone else take this long to get back to sleeping normally? x

Re: Discomfort when sleeping...still!
I was exactly the same, infact a couple of weeks ago I said to my husband will I ever sleep properly again. I like to curl up to sleep and my boobs were too hard and got in the way. Its changed now though as I have found I do sleep and can get comfortable, so I would imagine that a full night sleep is not far round the corner for you as I am only 3 months post op xx

I hope so Phoebe as it's driving me mad!! I love my sleep and just can't wait until I can sleep right through the night without my boobs waking me up! x
