MP, hope you and the boobettes are well lovely!
So, I rang as soon as I got home and spoke to the lady at MB, who i've dealt with all along and she said that's no problem, she will get the information from the hospital and get it sent out as soon as possible
Phew feel better now, can't believe I never insisted on having this, thankgoodness for you lovely ladies on here to remind me

Definately BP, I think having this implant card is a necessity, it's silly that we have to ask for them thou, you would think something so important would be given to us on discharge or sent in the post shortly after!
Can't believe MP had to really fight to get hers, but at least we will have them in the end, phew!!!

Re: Implant cards
All I got when I left the hospital was an ID card which says the lot number and a hand written date on it, it doesn't mention anything about a warranty! Is this the card you all mean or should I be expecting something else in the post?

Hi Starz, I think this will be the same thing. Im sure your implants are covered under warrenty. Whats the brand of your implants ? You could always ask your ps, Im sure he will be happy to discuss this with u :) or have a look on the implants website, their warrenty policy will be stated on there. Im sure your implants are coved under somthing.

Re: Implant cards
Hi jodi, I had Allergan Inspira implants which I think are covered but it just seems weird that I have got no proof of the warranty. There must be a central database or something with all the details on but think I am going to check with my ps just in case x

Re: Implant cards
Hi Starz yes I think your right about the database my booklet that accompanies the warrenty card says that on the completion of surgery the patient is automatically enrolled onto the warrenty program:) Im sure you are fine hunny but just give them a ring for piece of mind.
Good Night from Switzerland :) xx
