Roghto, had argument with my mum
Needs must now really, just what can I do for myself without damaging the new goods!! I am not in much pain really so feel I may do too much without realising!
It's a long story with my mum but she has just left and now that means I am on my own with my four kids, well one really the older three are all self sufficient. I have a 15mth old - now I will feed her on the floor and let her climb the stairs on her own but will need to lift her into her cot for her daytime nap, if I lower the side would I be able to do this? Could I also get her into and out of her carseat as I have to get my middle two to school and I suppose can I even drive?
So fed up and down now, not wishing I didn't have them done but just wish my hubby was at home still
btw I am 5 days post op.

ooh hun i no how ur feeling, i have 4 kids, all dif ages, i have been getting the older ones to help get the younger ones dressed and stuff,
you really need to do as little as possible,
you cant drive as you wont be insured, is it to far to walk?
mine was a 5 min drive now a 30 min walk,
is there any friends or neighbours that can help you,

Re: Roghto, had argument with my mum
i was driving on day 3,2nd gear was bit difficult but found putting the seat back a click helped and took it slowly,we all heal at different rates so do what feels safe, but i would say NO to lifting.have you a little foot stool so your little one could climb into the cot,or maybe let her nap on the sofa with cushions down the side.are the other children old enough to help with getting her in the car seat?also i found putting my seatbelt on was the most difficult thing so the kids strapped me in.
