Wish I could have gone bigger - very down about it
Hi girls,
Well firstly let me say what an amazing job my PS has done for me. I had an BA with uplift on the 20th April and I have 275cc round overs. The fact that I needed an uplift as well meant that I had an upper limit on what I could go too. 275cc was that limit as he said that he was comfortable with putting in that size.
Well sadly I am feeling a little down because now I wish I could have gone bigger even knowing that this was not possible. Had I not have had the uplift then I would have gone quite a bit bigger to be honest. Probably have gone to about 325cc which would have maybe given me a E cup. Right now I'm wearing a DD cup and in my clothes I don't actually look that different. In the flesh of course I look VERY much different.
Suppose what I'm asking here is that in the future do you think I could go back and get bigger implants inserted, or is it the fact that because I had an uplift that is it for me.
Don't get me wrong I am very happy to be certain degree - the shape and feel of them is absolutely brilliant - much softer than I ever imagined. Its just the darn size. I wish oh wish that I could have gone bigger.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I know just how you feel uppercup. My ps would only give me 240cc with my uplift, and although in the flesh they are obviously bigger, in my clothes I think I look the same. I was measured an 34F cup recently and I started out an emptyish 34D, but to me they don't look like an F.
I don't know whether you would be able to go bigger after having an uplift, perhaps you could post a question to James in the surgeons section.
It's nice to hear you're doing well hun. xx

I agreed with my surgeon to get the 275cc but i have just asked him for bigger. I want to get to my E cup again but if he says no i will be more than happy with the 275cc, especially after seeing your avatar.
Give them time to settle and am sure you will be happy soon enought :) xxx

Maybe you could put your question to James McDiarmid babe.
I would presume you'd be OK to go larger when you're fully healed but then again I'm not too sure as I don't know how your scars would handle the additional stretching? xx

I think it's still early days and they still have some softening and dropping, healing and fluffing to go, they do change loads over time. Not sure about going bigger later, as cookie said great question for James
Re: Wish I could have gone bigger - very down about it
Hi girls, many thanks for all your replies. OK so I went to see my PS today for my 6 week check up. He's very happy with the scars and says I healing well. However he has recommeded that I use Mepiform silicone dressing on my scars for the next 3 months to help with the healing process.
Anyway, going back to my original question about whether or not I'll be able to go bigger in the future ........ YES, I'm OK and will be OK but I need to wait a good while and let these scars heal properly first. He is also quite willing to do the surgery again for me (I wouldn't want to go with anyone else anyway). So I'm feeling a lot better today knowing that its at least an option for me.
I did tell him how happy I was though and its just the size that is bothering me. He totally understood but did reiterate that in his honest opinion he put in the biggest he could at the time without compromising the healing process. He is such a nice guy you know and he really has done an amazing job on me.
Mr Alvi - BMI Manchester - thoroughly recommend him!

Course you can. Before my kiddies came along I was a nice 34C - then after breastfeeding my kiddies I dropped down to a very empty and saggy 34AA/ small B. I also had assymtry (sp?) too which made matters worse for me.
Now I'm a nice 34DD but I truly wish that I could have gone bigger but it just wasn't possible. I think I'd be happy with an E cup and maybe that's something for me to think about in the future.
Hope this helps.

That's great news hun, at least you know you have the option to go bigger if that's want you want in the future, always nice to have a choice isn't it!

I think you may get your E cup hun, I started of in a 34D after my op, then I measured an E and I've since been measured a 34F. You are still early days yet remember, the fluffing fairy will visit I feel sure. xx

Oh I so hope you're right. Can't believe you started off with a D after your op and now you're an F. My G*d I'd settle with that. lol
