Sports Bras
Well am patiently waiting on my surgery date and thought i would start buying sports bras. I will be in my sports bras for about 9 months by the time i go through the two ops.
Now is it worth getting the silver lined sports bras for the first few weeks after surgery? I will have an expander inplant in so will have a wee valve bit left open in my breast.
Or do i just buy a couple of more expensive ranges and hope they last the whole 9 months or do i get to asda and stock up on the cheap ones? or a mixture of all 3.
Am more worried about getting the right bra than i am anything else lol x

Re: Sports Bras
totally forgot marks and spencers do sports bras, will take a trip into town and have a look. all my surgeon said was buy the size you want to get and the size smaller. So 34E and Ds here i come.
Am sure you will get the 12weeks out a sports bra, well i hope so lol. xx

Re: Sports Bras
Have you been advised to purchase a sports bra and what size? If so seeing as you are going to be in it for a while I would buy at least 1 really good one and some cheap ones to wear and throw away when they start to look grubby. I bought a Z bra and found it very good, I still wear it for exercise
Re: Sports Bras
Just been told to buy the size i want to be and the size smaller so an E and a D. I did see the Z bra and think i will opt for that one especially for after the first op.

Re: Sports Bras
I'd just buy cheapies such as Asdas sports bras until your boobs settle and then buy a good sports bra that will see you through and you can use even after your recovery babe. xxx
Re: Sports Bras
yeh think i will. My surgeon said that even non wired bras would be fine so seen a nice one in next i want. x
