Did you have
Numbness and Nipple Sensitivity
Hey girls!
Almost every post opper I speak to has expeirenced one of the two and I thought it'd be nice for us pre-oppers to know how many of you had one or both and when it eventually went back to normal.
If you could vote which you had and also post
your type of incision
placement
when the numbess/sensitivity stopped
thanks chicas xx

Re: Numbness and Nipple Sensitivity
I have crease and have had unders and overs and had both with both placements. I still had numbness under the breast at a year post op with my unders. It doesnt bother me either as i got a BA for aesthetic reasons so that was more important that feeling for me
Re: Numbness and Nipple Sensitivity
I was completely numb, my boobs came back to life slowly from the top down. I can feel the whole of each boob now at 8 months, but the sensitivity in places is greatly reduced.
Crease Incision
Over the muscle
Sensitivity started returning slowly from two weeks post op, one nipple returned to full sensitivity about 3 months post op, other is still catching up. I'm not bothered as I got feeling everywhere whether it be reduced or not, so very pleased with that and they should return to normal. It can take a year.

Re: Numbness and Nipple Sensitivity
Still very reduced sensation in both nips :tears:
Sensation coming back very slowly but I don't think it will ever be what it was.
