Uber sensitivity!
Hey ladies,
So this sunburn sensitivity is driving me mad. I never would have been able to describe the feeling myself but it is exactly like sunburn.
My boobs are soooo sensitive to touch under the nipples. Even if a towel brushes against them.
My nipples are still sensitive too but not as much as last week.
For any of you that have had this, how long did it last? If it wasn't for that I would be feeling like they were mine now but them I get the ooh feeling when they are touched xx

Mine were the same for a while, sunburn feeling does go. Nipples still don't like a towel on them lol, but it isn't as bad as it use to be x x

Re: Uber sensitivity!
You could maybe try an icepack (you can use a bag of frozen peas) and lay it over the tops of your breasts, no where near incisions though, that should give some relief.

Yes mine lasted about 4 months. Very unpleasant but worth it. Xx

Re: Uber sensitivity!
I never had the sunburn thing, but Omg nipple! It came and went for a few months. Keep them moisturised, and give them a good rub if you can bear it, this sometimes helps to desensitise them. Cotton wool pads in your bra too will feel slightly better. As for the sunburn, icepacks are going to be the best, and again, moisturise away from the incision so the skin stays supple while it stretches. You're probably at the end of your swelling too, which means a lot of dead skin will start to appear, so it'll be good for that too.

Re: Uber sensitivity!
It's under my nipples where they feel sunburnt so a bit worried about ice packs under there as close to incisions. Will it be ok if the ice packs are wrapped in a towel even if near incisions as all fully healed and uncovered now?
Oh yes Charlii, I wore a black bra yesterday and when I took of off last night it was full of dead skin...super attractive!!
I'm slapping the moisturiser by the bucket load!
Thanks for your help xx

Hmm, I'd not put them underneath, but on top the cold will still transfer through and help. At 3wks the may look closed, but there could still be some scab which could let moisture in.
