Will people notice?

Hello Everyone!

Im planning to have my 3rd BA in feb next year. (originally had 210/220 and then re-op due to complications). The reason I chose such a small implant was because I really didnt want it to be obvious but now just feel they are too small (this took me to a 32cBut look smaller). I have a choice of sizes ranging from 300-370 , I have tried the rice boobies and do think the 370 looks good on my frame(5'4 9 stone size 10) but am just really worried it will be obvious and i would rather keep it to myself if possible!

I suppose I am starting out with something as have 210 already so would only be around a 160 increase but they do look quite large with the rice and looking at others stats could end up quite large?

Are there any girls who started out small and had 370 and was it really noticable and what size did you end up at ? Any advice would be appreciated!

I had 380 overs from 32B and I have very similar stats to you and I dont think mine look obvious. IN fact no-on who doesnt know i have had them done has mentioned anything!!! I think they are the right size on my frame and if god was kind this is what I should have been born with lol!

If I were being honest I probably should have gone for the next size but mine do look very natural now. I am happy with them though, its exactly what I asked for, my surgeon said the next size would have looked too big for my frame and i would have got that fake look.

hi hunny i had my 3rd b/a in may i started with 350 unders and they were really tiny i still felt like i had no boobs.
i kept these for 8 years then went for bigger implants last year 525cc, they were a better size but still not noticably bigger really as i had been wearing gel bras etc beforehand.
anyway i needed a re op due to complications and decided to go a bit bigger still and also change to overs so i had 700cc overs and i'm very happy with the size now.
the final size varies dramatically from girl to girl, some girls have 350 and look really big but for some it will hardly make a difference like myself.

i had 410 and everyone noticed but my frame is small and petite i think with that size u could cover it up but who knows u could end up real busty or alittle busty its si diff when it comes to implants i only had 410 and mine look really big

Thanks for your replies girls 370 just seems huge to me just cant imagine what they would look like! And cant believe people havnt noticed with your 380s Dancingdiva they pretty big in your avatar Perhaps other people arnt as obsessed with boobies!

I was a 34A before & have just had 360 overs. I am currently in a 34D sports bra with not much swelling at all. So i def think i'll stay a D unless i Fluff. I am 5ft2 & also a size 10. They look totally in proportion to my body :-) When i did the rice test it was just sooo hard to get it right so i just went for the 360 & glad i did x

I had 325s and went from an a cup to a dd.

Not one person has noticed I've had it done but it is winter, I think in summer it'll be more obvious but they already feel a part of me so I'm not bothered (and I thought I would be!).

Basically just join in with the forum, get to know the girls a bit better and I'm sure they will then be more willing to share pics with you. In the mean time you can try google they have lots of sites where you can see before and after pics from surgeons.

Hi Holly, I think 370 should look fine on your frame and with your height, and I think the rice test is not always the best guide. It sounds as if it might be worth having 160 bigger implants or it might not make much difference to before.

I have been thinking about going bigger, perhaps saving up to do it in a couple of years. My boobs do look natural, and I am pleased with them, but feel they could have been larger as I am quite tall, and my ps said that too. But one of the things I wondered about a second BA, is what happens about another scar. Do they put it in another place, and would you then have two lots of scars? Also, is it easier second time around, as the skin has streched, and also you know what to expect?

Hi Sasha, I had to have my 2nd op as I developed cc and was slightly more sore but this might be because they tried to go under the muscle(said they couldnt as my muscles were too small apparantly). My current ps is not concerned by this and is planning to go under the muscle this time, last time was on the nhs.

As for the scars they go through the same 1 as they will again for my third op. They healed just as well as the first time and quickly faded. Altough I ended up with overs again I have to say I was in much more pain with constipation than with my boobs!

Thanks Holly, for your reply, as it was something I was wondering about for second ops. I'm seeing my ps in January or February, which will be 6 months after the original BA. I'll see what he says because he did say I could have gone bigger, and I think he felt the boobs were on the small side. Have tried to get over the 'boobie greed' and have enjoyed them being larger than before, but wouldn't mind them a bit more noticeable.

I think you would be fine with the larger implant!! I am the same as you dont want anyone to know or see!! However, the increase is only a cup size and that is not going to be a great deal different from what you have...I would make that choice now knowing what I know now and still feeling the same as regards to being just for me.

Also trying the rice test when you already have the implants in is not a true pictute and I dont think it is even when you havent.

It is a very personal decision, but I think you may be upset after if you stay the same size, as you seem to want bigger. The ladies who are similar in stats and implant size will be better placed to answer with real results. Also, different makes of implants, profiles and dimensions can make a difference too. Good luck whatever you decide is best for you. xx

THanks for your reply, when i did the rice boobie thing i had to take away what i already have in there if you no what i mean! But yes it is hard to tell not too sure how accurate it is just dont want to go from being paranoid about being too small to paranoid about being too big!

If i do go for the 370 they are full/extra projection as well so im not sure if this could make me bigger?

I understand that you had accounted for the difference in rice test, however, I guess I was meaning that natural breasts and implants are different...as in natural breasts would move squash more than implants, therefore giving a different outcome...not sure if I am explaining properly. If you measure what you have now, I think you will see that the rice boobs will look bigger than what you have in your body!!

I would get dimensions of what you have now and the ones planned and make exact copies of them to compare. Or/also ideally see surgeon to see the real ones and discuss further and seek his opinion.

Your skin will have stretched also, so, it also maybe wise to think of post-op if you may have loose skin if not filled out with a slighty bigger implant?

Pre-op the bigger size would have scared the life out of me However, if I needed a re-op for any reason I would personally go bigger knowing what I know now, that I could still go unnoticed and feel good about me with a natural outcome.

Gosh boobs are a hassle..... real...rice or silicone xxx

Hi hun realised I hadn't answered you question previously. I'm 5ft 4in a size 10 or 12 on top (depending). I weigh 9st 10lbs at the moment (was heavier before my op). 32 band. Had 410cc and am currently a 32F from being a 32A. As you know they always measure bigger and I think I look a DD, but can make then look an Ein some clothes. They look natural and can be hidden well in tops. I can also make them very noticeable in some tops lol.
