hey all im new to this site so hey ladies
i had my ba nearly 15 weeks ago and i am soooooo pleased as i had slightly tubular boobs with very low nipples before and now ther perfect and i didnt even had to have a lift my surgeon corrected this by using ultra high profile implants.great!
however im still numb on the underside of my boobs which im not worried about as ive spoke to my surgeon and he said aslong as i have feeling in my nipples hes not worried so i trust him, what i am worried about i have tenderness in my left boob theres no bruising to see but it feels like there is, at 1st i thought it was the feeling coming back or tenderness from pre-period boobs(seen as i never really had this before dont really know what to expect) but ive had it now about 4/5weeks and it gets better and worse over time.
is it something i should be worried about?
its not excrutiating but it is always there!
there sooooo good im panicked that something will happen to take them away from me!

hiya hun, your pic scared me!!
Pains can come and go for quit some time, i still got twinges on and off right up until my re-op and i was 7 months post op. If you are worried you should go back and asked to be checked again hun but if its coming and going its prob nothing serious x

Hiya
I don't know the answer to your Q I'm afraid, but just wanted to say hi! I also have numbness although I'm only 2.5 weeks post-op. I think I'm right in saying that anything up to a year is normal. As for the tenderness, I don't know so maybe ask your ps? Again, I'm tender but wouldn't expect anything different so soon after my op.
Hope you get it sorted soon

Hiya, welcome to BJS, the underside of my boobs are still numb but my nipples feel normal now. I wouldnt worry about pains and twinges just shows your healing. My rightie hurt alot for the first few weeks but has eased off x

Hi hun, I wouldn't worry, my ps says that this kind of pains and twinges can come and go for up to a year or longer and just not to get scared if it happens as it's very common.
