Feeling a bit dissapointed
Was just having a turn out of clothes etc(including lots of 32A bras id stashed away!) and came across some sexy underwear i had from before my op,small sizes but stretchy lacy/all in one type things and i thought ooh i'll try them on and see what they look like with boobies,i thought i was gonna look well sexy.To my dissapointment i don't look that much different to before the op,so ive put them away again!Does anyone else find that things don't look that different, especially things that have no wiring or that are meant to be worn without a bra?Not sure why but maybe my boobs look better with a bit of underwiring or support/push up.Anyone else think the same?x

Re: Feeling a bit dissapointed
Hey tizzyt,
Oh no. :-(
Me too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I totally know what you mean. There was this dress that I tried yesterday (I asked some advice on it in the fashion section too as I wasn't sure) and although since my uplift my boobs don't sag down anymore, it doesn't look all that different to when I had saggy boobs but wore those 'liftit' stickers underneath.
Like, I would have expected having implants too would give them the real 'Oomph!' factor and I'd have these amazing boobs that everyone would notice. But erm, no- they kind of just look normal. Not horrible or vile at all, just basically average! Granted this dress required no bra, or a halter style at least. But sinceI tried it on without any bra like you were saying in your post, they just didn't look really all that different except now to get that look of not sagging I don't have to use the lifting stickers, if you know what I mean?
I totally sympathise.
I duno, maybe we just need to start experimenting more with different bras, clothes and looks? I am clueless myself so not much help sorry, I just posted a rant asking for fashion help so not the best person to ask, but I do know how you feel.
Lets hope we both find some clothes and underwear soon that DO give us that look we've been wanting all this time eh?

Re: Feeling a bit dissapointed
Ah thank you! :-)
I think I'll go for it then.
You know what I find quite good for under dresses though- specially halter ones that would usually require no bra?-
The gel filled ones for 6 quid from Primark! You can convert them to cross over or halter back and they do give a little extra squeeze. I need to buy a new one so I can wear it with said dress if Santa delivers! :-)

Re: Feeling a bit dissapointed
Lol!!!!!!!!
Ha ha me too! I tried on my string bikini top and I have to say, I am waaaaaaay perkier but if I want that wow factor its still going to have to be a more structured bikini style. I will check out La Senza as soon as I am all done with the Xmas expenditure, or maybe Santa will bring me one if I hint at him enough. Ha ha!
Cheers tizzyt :-)

Re: Feeling a bit dissapointed
Hi hun, I find in somethings whether I've got underwire or not mine look massive, other times I think they will look huge and they end up disapearing.
Re: Feeling a bit dissapointed
I feel exactly the same chick mine just look average in fact I was worried that everyone would notice I'd had them done but no one has even asked, I'm gutted can't win either way.
Maybe its the time of the year and when summers here we'll be much happier in our summer clothes xxx

Aw Tizzy!!
I would get rid of items that make you feel a little down...just wear what makes the best of you!! As they say it's not what you wear...But HOW you wear it!!
They are different..look at pre op pics that will prove it to you!! xx

Just sling them. all......I do know how you feel!! You spend time wondering how it can be? bringing them out again and trying on...again feeling low about yourself What is the point? A viscious circle!! I just slung them with the thoughts...dont look back!!
Choose new things carefully to enhance and cheer you...you will feel great and proud of you...You deserve to feel good about you...you just need to make it happen!! It is great finding the new you, a whole new world for me, not an easy task at times but enjoy the process and results you want are out there for you!!
You go Tizzy...New year.... New boobies...New confident Curvy you xx
