Not happy with my implants

Re: Not happy with my implants
I am a bit disappointed in my impants. I was a 32B almost a C prior to surgery. The surgeon recommended a range of sizes with 320-370cc being the range (low profile), and suggested a breast lift. I went back for sizing twice because I didn't want to make a mistake, I stated that I know most women wish they'd gone bigger, but that I did not want to look like a porn star. The nurse assured me that it wasn't possible to get that big with the range of sizes I was offered. I chose the 370cc.
When I woke up from the surgery, I was told that they didn't need to do the full lift (they cut around my aereola and a line down, but not the half moon under the crease of the breast). Almost a year later, I am a 32FF...much larger than I expected to be, and my breasts were only lifted by 0.5 cm. I feel like I paid for a full lift but didn't get one, and ended up being much larger than I wanted.
I am now faced with the prospect of a revision surgery, I have no idea if it will cost me or not. I can have them redo the lift only, or have them redo the lift and downsize the implants. I am not sure what to do, I don't like the idea of another surgery, but if I am going to redo the lift I may as well get the size I want. It is very hard to find clothing and bras to fit properly. I am 5"2 and 129 lbs. I used to be 122 lbs. I feel the implants make me look heavy. Is there any suggestion besides revising surgery. Has anyone ever tried to simply lose weight after their surgery and does it make a big difference?

Re: Not happy with my implants
Hi, welcome to the forum hun. Sorry to hear you're not happy. Did you pay for a full lift? If so you are entitled to that. Maybe go for a consultation with your ps again to see what he thinks? Any ps should know that putting in a large implant instead of a lift is a short term fix x
