Embarrassing question!
Ahem....
Oh well, here goes! I had sex a couple of nights ago and, as you do, I got caught up in the passion and forgot to be careful with my new boobs! The thing is, my boobs have been feeling really achy and sore yesterday and today, as if I've gone back a couple of steps in my recovery. I'm really worried I have done myself a damage. Do you think I have?
Has this happened to any of you? I'm a bit annoyed with myself as I read in my Mybreast booklet that you should leave it 3 weeks before having sex and it was only 2 for me...

PS - he LOVED them though!!!!

Re: Embarrassing question!
oooo that may have been why i got a little sore at 10 days, but im ok now and had sex since. i find that holding them helps .
i dont think you will have damaged them as such, just maybe used your muscles to much and now they are achey.
i would advise that you only do it again when you feel comforable and dont do it while you are still sore.
glad he liked them hunni. but i guessed he would
sorry if i havnt helped much hunni
hugs

Re: Embarrassing question!
I think I was somewhere between 1 and 2 weeks the first time...oops...I was ok but I did keep my sexy surgical bra on!
I'm sure you won't have done any real harm...but I think it's kinda easy to concentrate on the fun stuff and not register the fact that you're sore! Just listen to your own body etc :)

Hiya hun, im sure you will be fine, like Amanda said, you have probs just used the muscles a bit more so they are a bit sore now. If you had damaged them you would know hun coz you would be in pain, not just sore. Just try to take it easy for a few days and im sure you will be back to normal in no time x

LOL...thanks everyone! That's good to know. What worried me was that my bra came off and stayed off! Oops - what would my surgeon say?!
Will keep it on next time! hehe
