Hi everyone!!
i take a herb called sea kelp (helps with hair and nail growth) and was wondering does anyone know if i would have to stop taking that at all before my BA which is on November 27th lil question... 839911

Hi,

I was told at my pre-op today to stop taking anything herbal and to only take arnica and vitamin c. Every company is probably different though. Like katie says best speak to surgeon. Hope this helps.

It's always a good idea to check hun, it seems all surgeons have different opinions on pre/post op but it pays to keep yours happy and do as he says :)
