Sports Bra too tight!
Hi. I said on an earlier post that my boobs look smaller than I wanted....however, my sports bra feels tight, especially around my scars. I've had to loosen the band one notch and I feel like I just want to stretch the cups to let them breath!!! So maybe, my bra's too small and squashing them which makes them appear smaller in clothes!!! I'm such an optimist!!! What do you ladies reckon???
Thanks. Love Tara x

Watch round your scars. My sports bra rubbed me and made round my scars very red. Try putting something soft like surgical gauze under your bra band where you scars are. I now brought a bra expanded and its not rubbing anymore, very comfy now.
My surgical nurse said the tighter the cup the better, as its given maximum sport.

It does sound like you're wearing a cupsize too small if that's how they feel. They need to be well supported without being squashed up. And the wrong size sports bra can definitely make them look smaller in clothes!! x

Hi hun, remember that a sports bra will always make you look smaller cos it's keeping them in place and flattening them. You will notice such a difference once you can wear normal bras...I promise xx
