tight sports bra
Ok this is probably a really silly question but i have noticed that my sports bras have gotten a little tighter over the last two days (not by heaps but a little bit....) I was wondering if this will impact on them dropping and fluffing? I just think that if its quite tight and I am wearing it pretty my 24/7 (I only take them off to shower) then they wont drop because they are constantly being held into position?
xx
Sorry I just had to ask as I was thinking about it this afternoon at work, thanks girls!

Re: tight sports bra
It sounds about right to me....they are probably starting to settle so are beginning to fill out the cups more. I was in a 34E straight after op, due to swelling wore 34F which is now getting loose so have put the 34E back on. I am keeping the 34F though because at the moment have a breast band on and my boobs are still high on my chest so when they start dropping I may find I want the 34F again. **I think it's a good sign for you hun!!** x x x

Re: tight sports bra
Hi Decisions
I found my 32D sports bra getting very tight to the point it was uncorfortable, the I got measured and measured a 32E and understood why, I bought bigger non-wired suppport bras for day time and still squeeze myself into good old 32D at bed as I still feel I need some support but the new bras aren't suitable for bed.
So it may be worth a trip to the shops for you too! Hope you are as delighted I was x

Re: tight sports bra
Good Idea Blondie! I might venture out this weekend and get a bigger bra for during the day and then wear my other bra during the night, thanks for the tip hun xx

Re: tight sports bra
Your boobs need the support from your bra early post-op babe. It won't effect your healing hunni, you will still drop and fluff in the natural healing process.
Your bra should feel snug but not so tight it's uncomfortable. If you're at all uncomfortable babe then you're wearing the wrong bra and need to change it for a better fit. xxx
