I don't think they look as bad as you think they do.

I will admit you don't have "big boobs" but you have pert boobs. I don't mean this in a nasty way but I think your boobs look better than before- they still suit your figure.

Can I ask how much you paid? I'm wondering if you paid for just an uplift rather than an uplift with augentation?

This is obviously something really affecting you so I think you should consult your surgeon and ask him about re-ops, possible costs and realistic expectations

i just paid for ba and was told i could pay for uplift at a later date all in all it will be 5000

OK I've just taken another look for you.

You know the look you hoped for hun... you specifically requested from what you've said on another thread that you did not want to downsize and from your pics, it seems to me that you have indeed considerably downsized and if it were me, I wouldn't be happy after stating that either babe and that's me being honest, yeah, great shape, lovely and pert, but I understand completely what you're saying, you enjoyed having a big bust previously, you STILL wanted a big bust but hoped after for a 'pert big bust'! and from what you're showing us, that isn't what you got.... you got the pert but lost the fullness...

I will say again though that I have no experience yet of an uplift and it's possible that fullness may come over time whilst they're healing, but it's definately something you should be discussing with your PS.

And please don't ever feel like you're going on hun, this is YOUR body!... You know what you want and we all understand that paret babe, every single one of us undergoing an augmentation does it because we aren't happy, if any single one of us isn't happy after our surgery, you can bet your bottom dollar, none of us would sit quietly and accept it babe.,... so shout, scream, post away!... but never feel bad for voicing your fears and concerns sweetness.... we all understand

Hi tutti, had a look at your pics and they do seem smaller than what you had before, but they do look a lot prettier and perkier.

They are going to look really nice once you're all healed up as they look good so early on.

Since its early days as well maybe they still need to settle and fluff and they might be a similar size to what you had before?

I'm sorry you feel sad about it because I know it must be a bit of a bummer getting it done and the result is not what you expected, but if its any consolation they do look fab xx

I really feel for you, such a big operation and then not to be happy with the results must be so upsetting and depressing.......

They are alot smaller than before, there is no getting away from that fact so I think you definately need to go back and see your PS as soon as you can.

They may drop a bit in time and then 'fluff'. 380s are a good size implant so maybe, just maybe, you will end up happy. It is still such early days for you.......but all in all, the way you are feeling you need reassurance from your PS so please make an appointment and have a chat.....

it real means so much that people are actually takinfg the time to reasure me and i soooo appreciate the truth as it makes me even more determend to get it sorted as i said before they are a lovely shape and he has done a good job but as far as size i am embarassed, embarssed incase people see me who now me and its so noticeable and i everybody knows i loved my boobs constantly wearing low tops and really enjoying big breasts as iv said i feel like iv lost a big part of me, silly i know but its the truth

Could I see tutti? you seem so upset about it Id like to help or reassure if I can.

Im sorry your so very unhappy. I had uplift and change of implant to 420cc although yours is a smaller implant it is not small. An uplift should only take skin and not tissue so should not make much difference to size so the bigger implant should make them bigger. Have you gone down in bra size?
Have you got your form with the size of implant they used, so you know they did use the size they said?
If you have gone down in size when you asked to go bigger i would say that is the mistake of the ps/company and you should def take it up with them. I know from previous experience that they try to fob you off but i stuck to my guns and got the implant replaced (had a rupture that they tried to say i had caused!!!!!!!!!!!! hadnt banged myself or anything and it was soon after op so points to them or faulty implant). Still had wrong advice as needed an uplift.

Hi sweetie,ive just taken a look.To me they do look a tad smaller,but they really are a lovely shape and look so pert.In fact in my opinion they look a lot younger if you get what i mean without sounding rude.You have a lovely figure and having these new pert boobs will show that off more.But i do totally understand if you're not happy,as it you thats got to love them.After a few weeks see how you feel then,as with all of us i think they will soften up alot and feel fuller.Dont worry in the slightest about wingeing to us as that is what we are here for hun x

Im so sorry you feel this way chick. I understand what you mean by your boob size being about 'you' and thats why you are so upset. You will only feel better once youve discussed this with the surgeon cos by expressing how you feel a solution can be devised.
I personally think they will look gorgeous and your scars invisible but agree at this stage they dont look huge.
Are the implants unders rather than overs as unders always appear smaller at first? Just a thought.

Hun, I just took another look anyway, I still think they are a great shape and very pert, and I can see they are 'held' quite tight in your body/skin at the moment.

I do think you should go see your surgeon, its a valid point to ensure you did get 380 as bumble said above but I really can't see them not putting in the agreed size...

I also know from my own experience how much they fill out when the drop/settle, and with your uplift its not just the muscle but also the skin, I think your surgeon has done a fantastic job when you compare before/after, but for you to be sooooooo distraught at this stage you must lodge your disappointment to them..

especially if he said you wouldn't go down in size, I do still believe though they will fill out, a 380 implant is much bigger than I had, and I am gobsmacked at how much mine have changed since the op.

But if you are really unhappy huni then you must go see him... its such a shame because this really should be a glorious happy time for you, its so personal and you must do what is right for you hun..

are you moisturising your booby skin? it has to stretch abit to let them down, and unders I can tell you take minimum 4 weeks before muscles begin to relax and allow implant to fill out, it is being squashed at the moment huni... but even so, go see him..

did you get a form/card stating your implants? I got a card with the bar coded stickers from my individual implants so I know exactly I got what I got...??

hun i felt the same now i think their big well they are i only had 410 mine seemed small to months then at 10 months they really fluffed now im 32ff and busty b4 i felt small just pm u so i can see if thats ok

Hi hunni. So sorry to hear of your disapointment babe. Well done for taking steps to hopefully get some feedback from your surgeon. I also had a re-op and one thing I do know is that during re-augs breast tissue can be removed with the implant as it adhere's to it along with scar tissue - this happened to me and is sometimes unavoidable sweet. Having said this your surgeon should have taken this into account when discussing which size you would like to be aswell as the look you were after.
Please may I take a look at your pics too?
