Re: December Buddies!
helenascania - Meeting was fab so so pleased with Mrs Kat she's brilliant so so thorough. I was measured, prodded drawn upon etc etc.....so diff to Mr Mounir at Transform who did nothing like that. Def booked in with her 7th is so close for me now i am there tomorrow for a full blood count test ( i am anemic & she wants to double check my levels) implants are on order too!!!!
Thanks to everyones advice...i thought 1 cons would be ok.....what planet was i on girls?? lol!
georgieporgie - I am really excited too but when i think too much my heart skips a beat..lol. I am not nervous of the general (never had one before) i think its the shock of seeing boobies afterwards......going to be really weird isn't it?? Just think all those nice bras we can all buy that don'y have padding!!!! think i am giong to burn mine .... lol
xx

You too eh babe.... He didn't even bother to look at my breasts!... I insisted on another surgeon at Transform because I definately did not want him operating on me and was given Mr Selvaggi... Like you I had a totally different experience, being measured, asked to stand in front of a mirror so he could *cough* hold me in place to reassure me of the result and gave two consultations with as much time as I needed...
Re: December Buddies!
Cookie - Yeah it was the same...amazing the difference. I did like him, very much so....lovely chap but how can he know without measuring & looking properly??? He suggested unders which for my muscle tone is so so wrong, my muscles wouldve moved the implants!!! (i am a gym bunny)
Mrs Kat examined me properly, i still have dots on my skin from the pen...lol.
5 days for you....omg.......how you feeling??? xx

Re: December Buddies!
I suppose you are right Stephy, a nice sleep Lovely!! The OH keeps telling me that its a daily occurance to them and i'll be fine lol. I have got some dry shampoo as my OH will be useless at washing it for me lol, i think if you are carefull with it and brush your hair at the same time it ok. . . One of the girls on here recommend me to get the charles worthington one in the sliver tin with purple lid it cost £4.99 in superdrug. . . I have booked in to have my hair washed just before xmas just to treat myself. You could say im prepared as i've booked in to have waxing 2 days before op so dont have to worry about hair lol x

Re: December Buddies!
cookie- 5 days to go!! I bet ur rele excited!! i hope u feel beta soon tho! im really worried about catchin a cold or something near the op knowing my luck!
hey helenascania! gd to hear u got the dry shampoo! i remember we spoke about that before I need to stock up on that! yeah im off out shopping today, going to hopefully grab a V pillow when out and get some anti-bacterial soap, I read on one of the threads it may help so grab me some of that! I got my sports bras through the other day I got some from M&S in different sizes however I've got a silver one from transform to wear on the day. I must say I really starting to get nervous about the GA too!! I've never had an op before and really apprehensive about getting any allergic reactions etc its prob all in my head but really hope it happens all quick! I'm starting to get a tiny bit freaked out on how I'm going to react looking down after and seeing I have boobs!
stephy-I would give the dry shampoo a try really makes you feel so much better if your hairs a bit greasy! but spray it all over then you won't go white and just get ur OH to rub it in for you! gives you a bit of volume too! and I feel exactly the same about the op, my heart skips a beat when it dawns on me what's going to happen and how soon it is!!
xxxxxxx

Re: December Buddies!
aww I'm really pleases someone else feels the same about the GA! I'm sure after the op we'll be writing on here saying we didn't need to be soo worried about it fingers crossed yeah its gona be a strange feeling, the nearer the date gets the more I keep thinking about things like that! oh yes!i totally forgot you mentioned the V pillows at argos I shall definitely have a look there today! yeah I think it would be a good idea the anti bacterial soap every little helps good luck in ur pre-op! I liked having my pre-op made me more excited about the whole thing and also a reassurance that everything it dealt with then all you've got to worry about is the big day..... and ur all over wax!! xxxx
