Well I had a bash at driving last night...the journey there was pretty shaky - felt like a 90 year old!! 2nd gear was NOT fun! But the journey back was much better actually, so I'm glad I've got it over with. Feel a bit achy today though! I'm going to avoid driving whenever possible but I need to go to work tomorrow so it's good to know that I can do it.

Just thought I'd let you all know that! lol

Blimey, well done chick! I'm a month post-op & only just driving to work again... 5th gear is still a bit dodge, but if I kinda lean forward & to the left it's ok!!

I drove for the first time yesterday (one week post op). I was a bit apprehensive, but it was all fine! Most difficult thing was twisting round in my seat to reverse... but overall I was pleasantly surprised. Once again I think the difference between overs and unders is very evident.

Take care with your driving and stay safe. Angel xx
