Re: McGhan implants
Hi hun :wavey:
I think you might be looking for McGhan implants? They're made by a company in the States called INAMED.
I don't know too much about them TBH but I know there are girls here who have them and I'm sure someone will be along to help you in a while.
I think there's a link to get more info on them here [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Re: McGhan implants
Hi Michelle!!
Think you are referrring to Allergen McGhan!! They are good implants, I would have had these the 410 or 510 anatomicals if not choosen the Nagor. I did in fact have them at the hospital on the day, just undecided at the time. I think you will be pleased with them!!
Been thinking of you Sticky!! Hope you are doing O.K. xxx

Re: McGhan implants
Now I am confused, are Inamed the same as allegan and McGhan or are they known as different in USA. Either way they are a good implant. It is always a good idea to research your make of implant. What size has your surgeon suggested Michellel?
Re: McGhan implants
i am going back to see ps this friday and one of the issues to be discussed will be size. he says he prefers not to give a final implant size but order in 3 for the preop meeting and decide during the actual op which looks the best. he says that if he limited himeself to preop to one and it didnt look right then that would not be in my best inteersts. at the moment the range is a vague 300-400 - although he has assured me a d cup bra will be the end result.

Re: McGhan implants
I've heard a few ps work this way. They will probably use a sizer while your under to determine what will give you the best volume and fill out your boobs nicely. 300-400 will probably give you a D at least. As long as you trust your surgeon and are confident he understands what you want that is what matters. Just ask him what 3 sizes he's thinking of taking in, are they anatomical (tear drop shape) or round, do you know what profile (high of low).
Re: McGhan implants
McGhan are the same as allergan - I had my ba at Newcastle Nuffield too - they are fab highly recommended! My ps tried 2 sizes in me during the op and chose which one looked best - I had 265cc and went from 32a to 30E!x
