I found this
The Style 510 Dual Gel is an innovative
product with a unique dual gel combination.
The posterior of the implant is made from a
cohesive gel, as found in the Style 410, with
the anterior of the implant made from a
unique firm cohesive gel. This feature
provides superior projection and support,
emphasising the nipple/areola area of the
implant.
As well as the unique gel combination the
posterior of the 510 implant is concave to
better fit the chest wall. It also features a
tapered superior pole, which along with the
concave base, reduces the edge/ thoracic wall
clearance minimising edge palpability.

hmm emphasising the nipple, how would this look and why would you need/want this? Anyone had them or know anyone whos had them?

I saw that in the catalogue and it looked interesting, sounds like it would be useful for women having breast reconstruction after cancer; since they have a removal of nipple and the whole breast it would give a more natural breast shape, i dont know any companies that use the 510s though

they sound quite good I like that it says:

Minimizes implant visibility and palpability
The tapered superior pole maximizes implant edge to thoracic wall contact
.

Offers the opportunity to perform a breast lift without additional scars
The unique dual gel gives maximum support and definition to the areola area.

Can reduce the risk of rotation
The concave-shaped posterior optimizes contact with
the thoracic wall
