Hi Ladies

How do you work out what sports bra size to get? I will get a few in different sizes if need be but I dont know where to start!! I'm a 32B now, and I'm having 340's or 380's (havent decided yet!) high profile overs. Can you help or shall I contact my PS to find out what he recommends? xx

I'd like to know this too- I was told to get a 34DD sports bra but I am having 410s/460s and I'm pretty sure it'll be too small! I can buy one on the day though so I will just buy the size they suggest then I think

Give your PS a call so you have some sort of idea though.

If I was you I would get a 32D and a 32DD sports bra, the good think about them is that if you got a size too small, usually the cup stretches so it isn't a major problem until you can go buy more.

Thanks Jemmy and Jade_Evie! I've got my pre-op assessment tomorrow so i will see what they say tomorrow. Ooooh D and DD sound sooooo big its fab!! How do I know what Sports Bra size to get? 923101 xx
