Sports bra size
I'm a bit worried I won't have the right size sports bra. I'm 5'2 and approx 9stone. Got a very empty 34b/c cup just now and getting 300/350 overs. I've bought a 34DD sports bra and I'm wondering if I should maybe get one in another size just to be sure? There's not much room in the DD but not sure if I'm just being paranoid

Re: Sports bra size
DD should be fine hunni. I was a C cup and had 460cc implants. My sports brs is a DD just now although think I'll be closer to an E once I've been measured. You can always buy another one after your op if it isn't quite right... It's so hard to tell. What size did your clinic say to buy?

Re: Sports bra size
im glad the surgean provided a sports bra for me as i wouldnt of had a clue either, i had 34b saggy boobs and 5 weeks ago had 600cc under muscle and when i looked in sports bra they put on me it said 38c cup lol and was sooo comfy, but got measured last week and im 32ff/g cup so it was totally wrong size but it was a special one with built in strap to push implants down too, i think you should get maybe a 36 if your usually a 34 cos in the first few weeks you swell really bad in that area so might get realy tight and uncomfortable.x

clinic said DD should be fine and it was actually better to be slightly small than big. think i'm just worrying about nothing tbh.

Re: Sports bra size
if you get one of the cheapie asda ones, then theyre quite stretchy so its not such a big deal if its not quite the right size cos it will still fit anyway.
I got a couple of asda ones in a D and a DD and they fit me, even though im actually an F. Theyre just a bit low cut, but they dont dig in or anything

Yeah I'm sure will be fine if it's stretchy then , it's just the one I got didn't touch after the op 5 weeks ago where my ribs all under my boobs was so swollen that's why I said about getting a bigger size, it fits now 5 weeks post op as the swelling and bloating has gone down!

Re: Sports bra size
I get a range of sizes hun so a 34dd, 36dd and maybe an e aswell. Remember you will been swollen for the first week or 2 and you need to allow for this. xx

This is what I'd suggest too, remember what you don't use you can always take back to the shop for a refund, just be sure to keep the reciept. xx
