Under 4 weeks to go!!

Well I'm back off my hol which was fantastic, can't believe it was my last holiday with tiny boobies no more padded bikini's yey!!! Anyway had my pre-op today and was just wondering as I only have less than 4 weeks to go if any of you girls have any advice on what I should been doing to prepare??
I'm not the most organised of people but this is one thing in my life that I am going to be ready for so please feel free to give me as many tips as possible.

OMG! we are nearly there!

Im sure ive posted this a few weeks back but am guna read what the others say as i foreget easily, are you scared? i am!

OOh i havent got my stuff sorted yet but i am going to pack;

nightwear

dressing gown

slippers

sports bras

v pillow

wipes

toothbrush n paste

books/mags

ipod

hmmm what else..

Can't wait now sooooooooooo excited!! Should we be moisturising more or taking anything for bruising?? I haven't even bought a bra yet!!! ahhh need to get organised!!! xxxx

dont worry i havent bought bras yet. I had to ask my Ps about Arnica, he said yes i could take it 2 days before, but he says hes not sure if it works.

oh duno bout moisturising, anyone else help with this?

Oh and im guna get some dry shampoo. xxx

I took arnica for a week before and a few days afterwards i think it definitely helped i had hardly any bruising and moisterising cant harm hun i didnt do it but i know a lot of ladies on here use cocoa butter for two weeks before.

Just try to eat as healthy as possible, drink plenty of water, stop smoking if you do and at 2 weeks before your op no aspirin, cant believe its almost your turn hun Under 4 weeks to go!! 923101
