hi girls,

I am 3 weeks post op and my boobs seem to be soft underneath but still quite firm on top. I think it makes them seem a weird shape but my husband can't see it!

I've also noticed that the skin keeps getting sore on them - i think this is due to the skin stretching but just wanted to check its normal!

Hi,

My boobs were harder on the top up until about 3 months post op where they dropped and softened.

They are soft and squishy all over now.

Hi Alisia, I've been really lucky as far as any discomfort is concerned, however a few days after my op, I have one spot where it feels a little sore, and thats on the top, towards the centre, but it doesn't hurt with clothes, just when I touch it.
We will get there, quicker than we think, I'm just feeling a bit impatient and want them fully settled now Hysterical good things to come to those who wait though xx

Hey huni

I know what you mean, my skin felt sore, kind of like it had been grazed for a while. It does go, your skin just needs to get used to being stretched and its a little bit because its still slightly numb after being pulled away from your chest. Kind of like when your hands go numb in the cold but they hurt to touch.
When it comes to the softness underneath, its because your implant hasnt dropped yet. You have sooo many changes to come and each one is exciting.

Hope that helps.

It is normal hun, its still early days so try not to worry. The sore feeling is like you say from the skin stretching you could try something that may cool them down aloe vera maybe.

Hi - I didn't really get sore skin but I think that's because I breastfed two babies and the surgeon said this would make my recovery a little quicker, as the skin had stretched a couple times before. It all sounds totally normal to me hun - still early days for you.
