all fine, but worried about being too small
:pale:
Will write my full BA story in the next few days, as the stories are always good to read, and I must say that all went very well in my case. I had so many nerves and doubts beforehand, and it was nothing like as bad as I had thought. Now that the drains are out, the pain/discomfort is better too. I'm quite enjoying being lazy for a change, watching TV, snoozing, playing scrabble (badly!) with my daughter, who is being very helpful.
However, my main worry is that I will end up too small! At the last minute I chickened out of having the 310, and chose the 270 as I didn't want to be too obvious. I really want to be a 34C, which I think would suit my frame, my 'look' and my age, but they don't seem big enough. Was it a mistake to choose the 270, or does anyone think I might get to a 34C? I should have listened to all the people on the forum who said go bigger.
My stats are 5' 8" or 9", I'm about 9 and a quarter or half stone, and a size 10. I have got a bit obsessed with boobs and cleavage, and really want for once in my life to have some! I was a 34AA before macrolane, which the surgeon had to take out.
By the way, I would highly recommend the Hurlingham Clinic in London and my surgeon, Jesper Sorensen, who is amazing!

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
p.s. I had 270 unders, so I know you lose about 10% in size. Maybe my worries about being too small are natural, but it just seems my only chance to have boobs and I think I should have had the 310. I understand boobie greed now!

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Give it time, mine were so small and tight right after my op and are now much bigger x
Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Mine are a good size but thought they would be bigger, my ps told me that when the swelling goes down they will stretch and get bigger. Everything is just so tight at the moment, think the implant is well and truly squashed in there

Thanks Jemmy, Natalia, hotcaz and nads
It was good to hear your comments, as I am trying so hard not to be disappointed with the size of my new boobs. The BA itself could not have gone better and I am recovering well, I just feel frustrated and sorry that I didn't go with the bigger size after all.
I hope you are right, Jemmy, that they will go bigger later when the swelling goes down. I only want a 34C!
Hope your recovery is going well too, Jemmy.

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
I was obsessed when i had mine done and kept measuring myself all the time. Boobie Greed is awfull to have i know!!! However once i got out of my sports bra they seemed a lot bigger.
Try not to get stressed about it, you need to remember how small you were originally and look at what you've got now . You are also very early on, there are lots of changes to happen still. Do you have swelling inbetween your boobs? because this can make them look smaller then what they are.
I honestley think you will be a C/D cup. I had 295 Unders and i'm now a 32DD.
Try not to worry hun

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Hi, I was 34aa/completely flat and had 265cc unders 4 months ago and I am a 34C so I am sure you will get to be the same but I am not sure what size you started with. As I dont want people to know I actually feel I have to dress mine down and cant wear a balcony bra cos then people would definately know. I am just under 9 stone, 5ft 7" and slim frame. I have just turned 52 and so did not want to look too obvious I had a BA and pleased I did not go bigger cos if I wear a balancy bra or uplift i would look more like a D, saying that I certainly know what boobie greed it cos sometimes I look and think ummmm if I was younger i would have gone a wee bit bigger but then it would not look so natural on me cos of having no breast tissue at all. You will probably be a good 34C cos no one was a flat as me and most people with my stats turned out to be D..... they will settle down and you will feel 100%.

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Hello Sasha!
Congratulations and welcome to the world of boobies
I think you will achieve your desired result....very early days and many changes yet to experience on your journey...it is more emotional than anything I found personally. I waited many many years before taking the plunge ....and I am thrilled just to have something on my chest...they are not big or noticible to others...that is what I wanted...just for me to feel complete.
I aimed for a natural result and a 34C cup.....I have this, mostly D cup bras...dependant on style and brand. However, I ignore the numbers and letters....they are simply that!!!
I feel soo much more confident in myself....I could easily have gone bigger and still look in proportion and natural, but I am a tad older and not sure I could cope with such a shock to my life....love to!! But...I am just thrilled with what I have...they change soo much in the first few months and surprise you...they soften, move, bounce, squish...stick out of the bath...oooh and aprons (you know the bib type} now fit too......Bliss
Life is good......it truly does get better...patience is needed.
Thinking of you xxxx

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Can't add much to what the other girls have said lovely but honestly just give it time. Sometimes the swelling isn't obvious to the untrained eye and once this goes and the implants settle into their pockets they change loads.
Like Mia said try not to focus on the numbers. I think you will achieve your C cup if not more.

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Thanks Len1, zimbabwegirl, mia and Sally
You have all helped me so much, boobie greed is really hard to deal with! As you said, you go through so much when you have a BA, so many emotions, and you just want to have the boobs you always wanted.
However, you also have to remember your age (I'm 47), size (I'm 5' 8" or 9", weigh about 9 and a quarter stone, and a dress size 10), and the amount of your breast tissue. I guess if I had much biggger implants they would look unnatural and not suit me.
Thanks for telling me to be patient, and also to be pleased with what I have. Mia, you are right, life is good and it is fantastic to have boobs now.

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Hi - just wanted to add that I had 255cc unders 6 months ago and I have gone from totally flat to a 32D, although I think I look more of a C. They have definitely filled out as the months have gone on and my muscles have relaxed and stretched...in fact I'm soooo glad I didn't push for any bigger implants or I know I would have looked really obvious. I, like you, wanted to be a natural C so I'm positive you'll get at least a C cup with your stats and a slightly bigger implant than me.

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Hi Sasha!!
Glad you are feeling a little more positive today!! They really do change soo much over the months....I just look at my pre-op pics  that does it for me...dont even recognise me!!. If you want a peek at my pics. you are welcome, sometimes seeing others results, and from a face on rather than looking down at your chest can help too. xx

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Thanks Mia for your message and for all your encouragement. My pre-macrolane photos, when I was a 34AA, are so awful that they always make me feel so pleased with what I've got now! I saw the nurse today at the clinic and she said they look good and natural. She also said that sometimes the body can't take implants too big and that it is common for people to want bigger breasts afterwards but it is not always the best thing for them.
Can I look at your pics as you are now a C cup and had such simliar size implants to me? Please PM me with your password.

Re: all fine, but worried about being too small
Hi hun and thanks!
I'm 5'3", size 6 and weigh 7st 10lb, although on ba day I weighed 7st 6lb. Like I said I went from a horrible boney flat chest to a 32D - I had 255cc anatomical partial unders, medium height, full projection.
At the moment I really feel like they're growing actually! They just feel a LOT more squishy and fuller all of a sudden and I keep being conscious of having to dress them down...small implants can have a drastic effect when you started off as boyish as I did! I definitely wouldn't have wanted to go a single cc bigger. Everyone's different but I definitely got exactly what I asked my surgeon for.
Have you shown yours pictures of how u want to look?
