3 months po and more problems i could've ever imagined.
Thought I would finally write about my (bad)experiences with the new boobies.
I
had my operation on May 12. and the first problems started just couple
of weeks after. First, I was fighting with the scars to heal for over
6weeks, I had holes on each cut, both ends, that just wouldn't close.
At
about 4 weeks po I noticed also that I have a double bubble, weird
looking "edge" on both breasts, on the armpit sides. Then at 5 weeks I
realized that I can see and feel very well the edge of the implants. Of
course, on both breasts.
I went back to the clinic, sent them an email and went to meet another surgeon, owner of the company.
He
told me that what I see there on each outer side of my new breasts is
perfectly normal as I didn't have much tissue to begin with and fobbed
me off.
I kept thinking that something must be wrong as they just don't seem to sit where they should.
Now it's been 3 months, and I have been hoping for improvement, however it only get's worse.
I
don't have what you would call "natural crease" - My breasts don't fall
over the scars to hide them, instead the implants seem to "slide
through" the bottoms of the boobs if I lean forward while sitting,
causing discomfort, close to pain.
2 weeks ago, I was sitting
on the couch reading a book, leaned forward to get my wine class form
the floor and felt something odd. I touched my breats (not wearing a
bra) and felt something discusting!
I got up and leaned forward again, and felt very bad rippling on both of my breasts, again on the armpit sides.
I sent an email to the clinic a week ago, but they're on holiday until end of August and the clinic closed.
I'm
getting married in 2 weeks, and have promised myself I will not let
this ruin anything, and will hold back my tears until the wedding and
honeymoon are over and then start fighting my way to get re op, and I
just really hope that this can be fixed in some way.
I knew
they were risks involved, I knew about everything that might happen.
But I didn't really, honestly think that I would get all of these
things..
I just wrote this to share these thoughts with girls
who might have been there, and to get it out of my system. My dear
future husband is still so excited about boobs that he doesn't see
anything worng with them.. Bless him.

Sorry you are having problems chick. We are told the risks and know we wont necessarily have the perfect breasts weve always wanted but when it happens its awful. Have you got pics as the girls here could possibly give you an honest answer to how your boobs look because its not right to be fobbed off but they could equally also look fabulous and you are over anylising them (?)
Congrats on wedding btw!

I'm sorry to hear that you're so disappointed with your results huni. Dont give up though, if you really feel that things aren't as they should be, keep on at your clinic until they do something about it. I assume you have a written contract about aftercare and complications?
If all else fails, maybe just go to another reputable company and pay them to have it fixed. I know its not ideal, but your happiness is worth more than money. It shouldnt come to that though if you are strong enough with your first company.
Good luck with it all - I hope you get it sorted. Keep us up to date

I'm so sorry to hear you are not happy and suffering with all this due to your surgery. Please don't give up fighting for a re-op. And if all else fails, don't be put off by going down the legal/solicitors route because of the expense because it's not usually as expensive as people think. You should sue them for the cost of your op and use the money to pay a reputable company in the UK to fix things.
Good luck hun, keep us updated xx

Hi Sharona
Sorry to hear things have not gone well. I too went with clinic beaucare but things have been alright so far... just thought I'd let you know that there's someone else here who used the same clinic as you can feel a bit on your own when you've gone abroad.
Try and enjoy your wedding and honeymoon and like Kay said, we're all here for you to offer support xx

Re: 3 months po and more problems i could've ever imagined.
aawww hunny, so sorry to hear this it makes me angry when i hear about girls having these problems and then being fobbed off and told it is normal.
we pay alot of hard earned money to get our new boobs and most of us have looked forward to having it done for years, then for it to go wrong is awful.
i too have been there with the botched surgery, my last op went wrong and i had one boob almost under my armpit for nearly a year.
don't give up hunny fight until they agree to sort it or pay for you to have it sorted elsewhere.
i hope you have a lovely wedding and honemoon and try not to let this get in the way of that.
take care hunny

Sharona, so sorry you've had these problems. I had real bad muscle flex distortion on both sides and DB on right breast too although I didn't have the pain that you are describing. Stay strong sweetheart and don't let anything ruin your wedding and honeymoon. Good luck xxx

Sharona,
Try and get through the wedding and honeymoon as best you can - it sounds like your partner is being supportive though, so that must help.
And don't let the clinic fob you off! Keep pushing them

Hello Sharona!!
Soo sorry you are having these problems...not good xxx
As the others say.focus on the positive for now....enjoy your wedding and honeymoon...you deserve to have the happiest time and sounds like you have a supportive and caring o.h. too.
I would certainly not allow the clinic/surgeon to ignore your concerns....keep at them, and keep in touch.
Thinking of you...take care xx

Re: 3 months po and more problems i could've ever imagined.
You know in yourself if this is normall or not. And in my opinion it is not normal, else everyone on here would be talking about all the discomfort you're going through.
So first thing is first..... Your getting married congratulations. You need to concentrate on this and your honeymoon. Where are you going??
Secondly it sounds like you have a lovely OH who will support you through all of this once you come back.
If i was you i would pop along to the doctors and see if there is any pain relief he can prescribe for you, just in case you need it when you are on your honeymoon.
Ok so when you come back from your honeymoon I would check your contract carefully and highlight anything on there that is of importance to you. Go to your doctors and see what they say. You might be able to use this as leverage when you go back to the company with your complaint. I would definately consider getting some legal advice. You don't have to go through with anything, but just having someone who knows the ins and outs of this kind of thing will prove very helpfull to you.
I hope you have a wonderful wedding and honeymoon. Just remember this will get sorted out, you won't feel like this forever.
