Re: Feeling in Boobs
Hi Hanna!!
I imagine it is the nerves and muscles knitting back again, and general settling of the implant. The other will probably do the same when it is ready, it is like two seperate operations really. Sounds normal. xx

Re: Feeling in Boobs
yes and still do in parts of my boobs, it's a bit like half numb half feeling with a bit of pins and needles flung in there too.
i agree it's not a nice feeling, especially when touched as it feels a bit like someone else's boob lol.
it does return to normal in time hun but it can take a while so you'll have to be patient.

Its like a painful feeling. Its very strange. I had absolutely no feeling and now a painful feeling in one when touched. Sure it'll sort itself out!

Re: Feeling in Boobs
I've had this already - my right boob got quite numb after a couple of days, and now the nipple's turned quite painful. It's all really strange I know.
Hope you're liking your new boobs apart from this xx

Re: Feeling in Boobs
Yes, they can get very sensitive as you recover, some people find it really painful as the nerves start knitting together again. If you're really worried about it though there's no harm in given the clinic a ring to see what they've got to say.

Re: Feeling in Boobs
Cor I'm glad someone else has posted this as I was going to. I'm 14 days post op and it feels like everything is really scratchy, really sore even when brushed lightly. I keep my bra on 24/7 even though I don't have to, as any sort of material against me feels awful.
When does this feeling start to go??
