Worried about boob size!!!!!
Heys guys, I am really worried I am going to find 340cc too big. Last night i made some 340ml sized rice boobies and wore them in a 34C bra. i decided to try and buy some tops or shirts today ready for after the op, i was gutted to find that in dresses, the size 10 was too tight on the chest with my rice boobs, I can't buy size 12 in dresses as they are huge evrywhere else. i was even starting to think, do I really want these boobs at all, I am so confused now, my balanced is paid and i am due for my ba on the 15th august. I know deep down i have wanted boobs for years, please help, I am scared of havibg it done and then thinking omg what have I done to myself?

Re: Worried about boob size!!!!!
Bear in mind that you lose 10-15% of the volume once the implants are inside your body. So they are going to be smaller than the rice boobs when they're in your body hun. If you're not sure about the size, you have plenty of time to speak to your PS about size and I'm sure they wouldn't mind changing the size of the implants for you. They are something you will have potentially for the rest of your life so your PS and your PC will want to do everything to make sure you have what is best for you xxxx

Hi Blue
Definately try and get another consultation, you want to be 100% sure you want this operation and you are happy with the size you have chosen.

Re: Worried about boob size!!!!!
Its def something to talk back over with your surgeon but its so hard to tell how big a 340 implant will end up looking. I had 335cc and some of the girls who have had implants in the 200 catagory appear to look bigger than me. Im a size 8 and I havent found any probs in getting that size to fit me. I think mayb because I had narrower implants (ultra high profile) i dont have a mass of side boob and had overs mayb this is why... :dunno: I only have a tiny rib cage and mine certainly dont look massive. Could always mull over a smaller implant if you dont feel you may be dissapointed if they may turn out smaller than you expect.....awwwww i remember all thses decisions SOOOOO HARD lol

Re: Worried about boob size!!!!!
Hi there
I went for 340's unders. Now i'm in a 32dd sports bra. I have tried some of my size 8 dresses and tops and they fit fine i just look just how i've always wanted my chest to look. I'm not too big either much too everyones surprise ( i think they all thought i was gonna end up like Jordan because i'm very small framed! lol ) everyone has commented on how natural i look which has been great!
Hope this helps a little hon!
Good luck in your decision.

i think your about the same stats as me and im due mine in a few weeks with same hosp group. but i was wondering if they were gonna be to small. iv seen some ladies pics on here and they looked tiny. but i suppose a 32dd is a good handful. could you buy the sports bra when your actually at hospital or did u get them before, or did you not have to wear any. just need to get mine sorted and dont wanna waste my money buying loads of different sizes. thanks serena x

Re: Worried about boob size!!!!!
Hi Blue,
What are your stats? I'm also having 340cc but high profile partial unders and have also wondered if these will be too big for me!! I am 5ft 9" tho and a size 10/12 and quite broad shouldered so am confident I will carry this size off nicely. My PS said I should end up a large C or small D which I would be very happy with.
You still have enough time to change your mind on the size but I do think that 340cc is a nice size to have.
Good luck with whatever you decide

Hey lovely, the girls are so right, when I tried my 470cc implant on in my bra at my consultation i thought it was humungus but now there in me its not as big, you do lose about 10/15% hun. Next time I wont be worried about going bigger xxx

Re: Worried about boob size!!!!!
Hi Blue,
I was worried i'd end up looking huge, my rice boobies looked massive, but to be honest with clothes on they dont look that big now. Only my OH knows i've had them done and no one else has noticed (not that i've seen many people yet), as i used to wear gel bras before. i had 365 unders, was small 34B now wearing 34D sports bra. it depends a lot on your frame.
Hope this helps

Re: Worried about boob size!!!!!
Hey lovely, I have 340cc implants and they're a great size for me. I was shocked too when I did the rice test at how huge they were, but the rice test is only a guide, you should listen to your surgeon's advice and have another consult if you like.

Re: Worried about boob size!!!!!
Yes the rice test does shock you i think as the shape looks strange as well it puts you off, i only had 250s and am a DD now but they look around a C cup and like the others have said you will lose a little once the implants in.
Ive gone from an 8 to a 10 but i dont think its the boobies i think ive put weight on everywere  lol, i dont think it would affect your size in clothing but make sure its what you want and maybe go for another consult to put your mind at ease.
Good Luck Hunny x x x

Re: Worried about boob size!!!!!
I had 325's full profile and am tiny on top normally, I would normally wear an 8-10 in a top, I have had to go up to a 12 in some tops/dresses (mostly lower cut ones) to get a better fit as I seem to have alot of side boobage!! It's not been a huge problem though and different shops will come up differently. Also as strange as it sounds the style of bra you wear will make them fit into some clothes better than others.
I didn't do rice bobs so can't comment on how they compared, but I'm sure your actual boobs will sit in dresses far better than the rice boobs will. 340 is a great size as well, I haven't seen pics of anyone yet who has looked out of proportion with them, but at the end of the day it depends on the look you personally would like to achieve so I think it's worth going and having a chat with your p/s before your op if you're not 100%. xx
