That sounds quite large but I guess it depends how big you want to go? Whether you trust your surgeons judgement and his/her interpretation of what your goals are? Maybe take some pics of what you would like to achieve if you haven't already? xx

I think you should go back and see your surgeon sweetheart, not because I think 640CCs will be too large for you cos quite frankly I just don't know and in asking others with that size if their boobs are huge, well babe.... they might be on 'them' then again they might be great on 'them' as their anatomy will be completely different to yours you need to ensure the size 'you' get will be tailored to 'you' and what 'you' want.

The thing is hun when going back for re-ops surgeons tend to discuss filling the breast to help bring back that perkiness and make them look better, that requires a larger implant to do that after having had implants in for a while. They don't generally discuss is another option which might be if you'd like to remain a specific size or have an even perkier look you could opt for an uplift to achieve that.

I'd personally book a second consultation sweetheart, look for pics of the size and shaped breast you'd like from your re-op (mens mags are a great place to look, you can find mags such as Nuts for example online), then take the pic to show your surgeon. The pic really will speak a thousand words to your surgeon as they work in volume (CCs) not cupsizes, discussing in cupsizes even with a very skilled surgeon can be a mine field as peoples perceptions of a specific cup size may vary greatly from person to person, but having an actual visual to talk over leaves no-one in any doubt what you're wanting from your results and gives you and yyour surgeon enough time to go through whether or not the size suggested is what is going to give you the 'look' you want. xx

aww thats brill girls! thank you very much for your advice defo going to buy some nutz magazines tmorro and av a good look. i had a uplifft with my ba a year ago and i just dont feel that their what i wanted. as im a size 12-14 and im 5"8 and broad i just feel when i take my bra off they look small, and after paying all that money i dont think it worth it, dont get me wrong they look good in a padded bra but dont really want to carry on wering padded bras after paying all that £££.

but when i went for my concultation my sergeon said id carry off a 640 cc but after i went home and thought about it im really sceard incase their gunna be huge and look like watermelons wich is not the look i want! so after thinking about it i rang for another cons and he didnt have room untill a week be4 my opp! just hope this is enough time. so what ill do is take the pics with me and tell him that i dont want them as big as that. maybe some 500 they would prob take me to an E???

thanks girls xxxx

Atleast you have a second consultation so you can raise your concerns with him, he may set you at ease with the 640's and it may be that they give you the look you want and fit your frame well. Or it may be that he over estimated how big you'd like to be. Don't worry, find some pics of what you think you'd like to achieve and hopefully you'll get your perfect boobs after this! And you can finally throw those awful padded bras away!! :D xx

Having a consultation anytime BEFORE your op is never too late sweetheart. Sounds like you've no need for an uplift then as you're 'opting' to go larger.

The pics really will help both yourself AND your surgeon hunni, so happy searchin'! and please let us know how you got on wont you. xx

Only you can really say if 620cc is going to be to large on you hun.......did you try on the extra 300cc implants at your last app so you could see how the total 620 sized boobs would suit your frame? This is the best way to decide in my opinion ( as long as your P.s agrees)

For me I forgot about implant "size" and ending bra size as thats near on impossible to say pre-op so just went with trying them on and seeing which implant suited me the best and when I found the look I like I chose that implant I had on!......hope this helps hun

Hi hun they told me their was no point me trying them on as it was hard to say as iv allready got implants in allready, im just really sceard that they are going to be massive as iv gt 320cc in now and they want to put 640cc so thats double the implant am i right in saying this? allso if you had 460 cc in and a G god nows what id be if i have 640! i dont want to be huge i just want to be bigger and fill a bikin in them and get away without wearing padded bras!

when you look at me now youd neva say that they are fak eand im just scared that when i do go bigger that im going to hate them cz they look fake.... only time will tell i suppose.

thanks for ur msg hun

p.s urs look really good :) xxx

Hun I guess its going to be a hard one for you if you cant even try them on, I take it trying the extra 320 cc implant with your own boobs didnt really work?.......

Yes Im G but a 30G and that looks no bigger then what most people would class a D in clothes.....if fact people almost hit the floor if I say I wear G cup bras and I get the " oh you dont look that big more a c-d cup!" lol and they are right

Im also a size 6-8 and pulled off 460cc as I have really broad shoulders........you have a bigger frame to go with & you also have broad shoulders so the extra 320cc will probably not be a great difference on youvery worried about the size 267328 also one other thing to think about is you need to go up ALOT off cc in a 36 band size to even change cup size so 320 isnt in my opinion in that band size going to be a huge difference where as if I added 320cc to me op my small frame and 28-30 band size id go up alot of cup sizes and you would notice the difference alot.

If I was you id go for it but im not you hun so only you can figure this one out very worried about the size 571992

And another little point....understanding bra sizes is a crazy world......for instance you think my 30G boobs are huge just because of the "G" but is also the band size that really counts as a 30G bra is no where near as big in the cup as a 36G bra ( I could probably fit my head & both boobs in a 36G bra!)

small bands sizes take a smaller amount of implant cc to go up a up size BUT the larger the band size the MORE cc you will need to change the cup size so adding 320cc to you 36D boobs may only change you to say a 36 E or at a push a 36F........you could probably fit both my boobs into one of your 36D cups......

Hope you understand what im trying to say! lol dont think I have exsplained in it the best way!very worried about the size 557141 so what Im trying to say is I dont think it will make a huge difference on you..........

That sounds mahoosive, just remember the extra weight you will be carrying etc.... I knew a girl who had a BA and they decided what they had wasn't big enough, so had re op basically doubled size of implant like your thinking of, year / year and half later she couldn't deal with the weight of them and the sagging so ended up having them reduced and cost her so much trying to sort out extra saggy skin. Sorry not trying to put you off or anything, just people sometimes forgot the weight of them and how much support they need etc... Xxx

This is great point crystal I was trying to explain that to my friends other day but couldn't without getting confused, one friend is 36 b real tits and a big gal and they look bigger than my fake ones currently measuring dd, yet there's a girl who's size 6 and skinny and says she's a d cup but they look really small. Very confusing shrug xx

Why they make bras this way ill never understand!very worried about the size 557141 ........I just used to think before I had my b.a that the bigger the cup size the bigger the actual boob so A & AA is the smallest and G is Huge but thats not how it works! lol

The worst thing is going into a B.A and NOT understanding bra sizes......as i didnt!

I went into my P.S asking for a "D-DD" cup size...thank god he must have realised I had no idea what I was talking about as he measured me then got a shock as I picked up the 410 & 460 implantrs and said I liked the look of them on me.........when I asked him if they would give a at least a D cup he just laughed at me and said yes.....

Had he of told me at the time id be in G cup bras after my op I would have totally freeked out as I didnt understand bra sizes so like most girls would have thought a G cup would have been way over the top.........What I didnt realise at the time was I had actually been looking at 34D-DD bras in the shops so I went into see my P.S thinking I wanted 34D-DD and he thought I wanted 28-30D-DD because of what I measured which is tiny and would have only needed 260-300cc to get that look! Had I insisted on doing it in bra size/ cup sizes that I didnt even realise I had all wrong then I could have ended up with really small boobs, nothing like the size I wanted.......Im just happy he ignored my rabbles about being a "D" cup and let me decided by trying them on!

Not sure it is any help but I was dress size 10 up top pre BA and have narrow shoulders, I was an empty 3B/C.

I had 525 high profile implants and am now wearing 30GG bras.
Most of my friends (if they notice) think I look a D-DD and they suit my frame really well. I was terrified of being any bigger than an F but now they just look normal to me.

I have one of those as well as Shock Absorbe 4490. Both are great, the 4490 is a little lower cut so makes a lot more tops available to wear.
