Compression bra once healed
Hi girls,
Is it a bad idea to keep wearing a compression bra (Macom) at night once completely healed and boobs have settled and dropped (i.e. 1 year after mastopexy)?
I've been doing that and I am worried I might have been flattening my boobs :(
Any advice on this?
Thanks

I sometimes wear mine in bed at night (macom) - I think a lot of the ladies wear them at night even years post op. My surgeon told me it's great support. I don't think you'd be able to flatten them as they are a liquid substance so pop back into shape again! X

My ps gave me a minimum time lenght to wear my support garment but no maximum limit. I always sleep in a genie/belvia and sometimes my surgical bra and will continue to do so xx

Thank you for your replies, girls.
I feel a bit less worried, though I should have specified that I don't have implants, I just had a mastopexy (no implants), so my boobies aren't liquid lol :p
Thank you

I don't think it makes any difference being natural or implant, there can't be any harm in supporting your boobs at night. We do during the day so why not at night xx
