I am now freaking out....I was doing my daily workout routine today and felt a pulled muscle under my right breast in the crease incision. Now it hurts whenever I move a certain way. Do you think I did any damage or could it just be I over did it a bit today and will heal quickly. I am just over 6 months post op and thought I would be pretty much healed by now. I hope I didn't do any damage. To be honest, I would think I could do more damage by doing every day chores such as moving furniture or cleaning.

Any information you can give me would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. I think I may take a day off tomorrow from working out. I workout 2-3 hours per day every day so maybe I should give my body a break.

Hi
Its likely just to be a pulled muscle - If the implants still feels the same and havent gone hard or swollen I dont think there should be problem but rest up a day and take some anti inflammatories and see how you go. If things stay sore pop and see your surgeon for a check up.

Thank you John so much for your quick reply. I notice the pain is directly in my incision under my right breast. I don't know if I ripped anything or pulled a stitch (if there are any left), but when they bounce a bit, I feel the direct pain in my incision.

Thanks again!

There should be no stitches left by now as they all dissolve. If you can feel an edge of implant through the scar then you may have torn the deeper layer of tissue under the skin but this would be really rare so long after surgery - as I say if the pain persists then see your surgeon.
