post op day 3 - rash over stomach
YHey girls I am 3 days post op now, getting on ok I have the standard constipation haven't been at all since before the op and normally I've very regular. The pain is really bad in the morning especially but it is very manageable. I am really tired though and having to nap Atleast once in the day.
Today I had a shallow bath and took my bra off and was very strange to see them in all their glory! They look very high up and quite big but I think that's just the swelling. One thing I'm really pleased about is that they don't look at all gappy which I thought they would because I had a big gap before well so I thought!
Anyway I noticed today when I went into the shower tub that I have a lumpy rash over my stomach, it's not sore or anything but it's like lots of little dots all over my stomach. Not sure whether I should do anything about this has anyone else experienced this? Xxxx

For some girls it can be a standard reaction to the GA. Keep an eye on it, and if you start to feel feverish, high temperature, nauseous at all, get straight to the dr. If its just blotchy, not itchy or any other symptoms, it should go in a few days.

I also read that it could be the GA. Have you ever had a GA before? Xxxx

Thanks girls this was the first time I've ever had GA before so it very well could be a reaction to it! I feel pretty normal other than that and my temperature is normal as well.
Hopefully it'll pass I've been using coconut oil on it it's only across my stomach and top of my arms xxxx

I would be tempted to agree with the above girlies and say its prob the GA. Awful stuff really, but also sooo good!
Hope it clears up soon for you.

I had the exact same rash, all over my stomach, chest, shoulders, you name it!
It's a standard reaction to either the GA or your follow up antibiotics. Mine went after a couple of days, so fingers crossed for you. I know it's not nice! xx
