stomach
My stomach is really bloated. I remember reading on here that its very common after ga etc but is there anything that you can do to help settle it?

For me, the bloating was the worst bit of my BA, so I really feel for you.
It will go of it's own accord, eat plenty of fruit and veg, mine didn't go for about 2 weeks x

Sennakot is fine babe. Its a mild laxative so isn't going to have you running to the loo or anything.
Walking is also proven to help stimulate the bowel too and that should help you to go the loo, so if you're feeling up to it a nice walk in the fresh air will do you the world of good.
Plenty of fibre in your diet is going to help too babe. Xx

Lots of water and some peppermint tea , Unfourtnatly it's so common and mine took weeks to go, once you get back to walking around and going to the toilet regularly it'll soon go ! X

I had to take laxatives in the end...was horrible being so bloated out! Few prunes in the morning helped too ;-)

I used lactulose and drank plenty of water. It settled down after about 8 or 9 days xx

I had my BA last Tuesday n I look about 6mths pregnant..really hoping it settles down soon too lol Thankfully reading on here I kinda expected it but its sticking out twice as much as my new boobs lol xx

the orange juice really did help I managed to go on day 3 if i remember right however peeing felt weird for a good week or so xx
