Where do you bra shop
I've still to be measured again but according to my last one and one I did at home yesterday I'm a DD possibly a D anyways whilst out shopping I just took a peek at asda and shops local for ideas on styles and they don't stock any of the nice ones in my size all the bands are larger ....I'm a 30 so if I was to buy a 32 I'd go down a cup is that right ??....off wonder bra and bravissimo on sat whilst Xmas shopping so will look there lol just thought I'd ask on here to lol xx

I love the maximum support embroidered bra from Marks and Spencer. I have them in all colours as the shape is lovely for every day use.

Another one for m& s here. I love them t-shirt bras they do, man there so soft! And comfy, give such a lovely shape.
There Rosie Huntigdon range is great too, I agree [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], as are Debenhams own range 'Gorgeous'.
I like Boux Avenue but there a bit more expensive, and I bought one at 12 weeks and it feels rather tight on the bust now, its a 34E, so I'm bit gutted about that. But they will do smaller band sizes.
Good Luck

Re: Where do you bra shop
Sorry, you're not going to be able to pick off the rack any more! Most high street 'fashion', including supermarkets etc, will stock a limited size, normally 32-40 A-D, because its cheaper. They may do a wider range of sizes online. But this is why they encourage the +4/5 method, because it will put a larger number of women in a smaller range of bras. By their calculations, I'd be 36B or something ridiculous. So Im afraid you need to spend a little more in specialist departments.
M&S have a great range, but arent too great at measuring. Im loving Ann Summers at the mo. Boux, bravissimo, department stores, anywhere really. Once you get measured properly, and learn how a bra fits on you, you can then move to online stores like figleaves.
Sister sizes work as up one, down the other. So if you are 30D, you'd be 32C or 28DD. Ignore the cup volume bit on the below, but it can help to work it out
