Re: Updated picture trail
Thanks, I'm gonna have to go shopping, not cleared for wires yet but no harm in having a selection ready and waiting ;-).
I know I'm early on and if mine turn out like yours I'll be over the moon. That cleavage is pushed together by my arms as I took the pic. I'm still wide apart which I hope improves with time. Xx

Re: Updated picture trail
It shouldn't hurt [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]! It's actually a huge relief, like when you have a really good massage and everything gets loosened up. But much more effective than massage :-). I'm sure you'll love your treatment, but remember you'll probably need at least 3 sessions before your back and shoulder pain starts to noticeably ease off and then you'll feel fab :-). Let us know how it goes xx

Hehe, thanks ladies, glad you like them!!
Osteopath.... Hmmm strange experience, I was there for about an hour and 15, oddly enough he didn't really concentrate on my back as much as I'd have expected, more the whole body. Manipulating joints, moving my arms about and finished of with the most awful sounding back crack. I've had no relief as yet, I'm not sure if it hasn't even felt a little worse today, but he did say it would take him around 5 sessions. He was a very strange man if I'm honest, made some bizarre noises and I got a slight fit of the giggles half way through... Kinda like we did when we were at school laughing when I shouldn't lol. I'm not sure if I want to go back to him, he was a little too odd for my liking but I've heard there is also a lady in my area that does the same thing so I may try her instead. He also seemed more interested in my dietary issues than my back issues. So all in all I don't really know what to make of it. I've another appointment with him on the 17th but I'm thinking to cancel and try the lady instead.
It was certainly an experience anyway lol x

Re: Updated picture trail
Lol Muddy, iv been to a chairopracter before who was a STRANGE one!. Really hope you get sorted, maybe try the woman if you feel uncomfy around him.
This chairopracter I saw was nuts, kept banging on about how I shouldn't let my 'small chest' make me feel conscious as all breasfed ladies loose that upper fullness?? Iv never breastfed!!? And i never mentioned my boobs at all!? I went in with a bad back and clicking elbow!
He was absolutely bonkers.
When I had my x-ray, he asked me to make a fish mouth and open it wide and close it, fast then slow.
I did it....but f00k knows why.
He was absolutely CRAY CRAY!!!!!
Needless to say, I never went back
I found another 1 who tried 'spiritually healing' me cos I had a migrane at the time....but that's another story....
Dint work though!
