I got told to change into my own clothes as soon as I'd come out of recovery! So I'm pleased I bought my pjs! I'd take some just incase! Xx

I feel really good a bit groovy and chest feels a bit tight but other than that I feel great so far xx

I have had sneaky peak and yes I am very pleased. Still no pain yet just a bit of tightness. Also keep dropping off to sleep. Xx
