Feel like they've moved
Question, is it just swelling when your implants feel like they've moved up higher. I swear they were lower yesterday and today they feel like they are closer to my neck??

Could well be. Day 4, your GA is working its way out of your system, so your body will feel the pain a little more, and your swelling will compensate for that, so its possible this is causing them to feel a little higher on the chest.
