Re: Post surgey bras
If you have a look in the grab a bargain section, there might be something going. What you need depends on what your surgeon tells you. Some girls are told braless. If you need high impact there are a couple options. Front fastening is the Macom or the M&S zip front. Back fastening is M&S 2pk high impact, shock absorber run, triumph triaction extreme, or any good quality wireless high impact sports bra. Definitely check what you need with your surgeon first, no point buying a £40 bra if you need to swing free!

I was in the Macom for 6 weeks then moved over to the Shock Absorber which I got on really well with :)

Do they come in cup sizes? I'm not 100% on my size I'll be so not sure if I should just pick them up after I've had my surgery

Re: Post surgey bras
Double check your band if you're getting the macom ladies. Measure yourself and don't add anything, that'll be your correct size. For example, I measure 31", so 32 is my size. No point getting the macom if it's going to be too big and not give you the correct support.

Re: Post surgey bras
Ah yes, but my usual 36 turned out to be actually a 32! That's how I went from expecting a 36C and getting 32E! The old incorrect method of +4/5 would have you in that size, which is why it's wise to double check
