Aw kay1510
Mine also feel hard at the top too! I'm hoping now the pains easing they'll slowly start to soften, they looked like pancakes last wk & I was really worried but they're def not as pancake like this week!! Yippy!
Hope you ladies manage to get comfortable & a good nights sleep :-)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] would you recommend the Plié bra? I find my Macom quite uncomfy at the moment and don't really wanna spend £50 getting another Anita! I've just looked the Plie ones up and they are very reasonably priced!

Re: Post op - what to expect?
I had my post op check at 10 days. He said I could shower at day 7 but I decided against it until I had seen him first and he had checked all was ok.
I had the dressing taken off. They were super sticky but I was still quite numb from below my nipples so it didn't hurt.
He removed the steri strips too and said they had healed beautifully so didn't put anything on them at all. So I was dressing and steri strip less from day 10.
I was really worried for the first couple of days as the scars were exposed but all was ok.
I came home and stood in the shower for ages...it was amazing!!
I went back at 3 weeks post op and again he was still really happy and said I don't need to go back until 6 months post op now unless I want to see him for any reason.
I took him a bottle of wine and thank you card cos he's my hero!! Xx

He took photos too and asked if he could add them to his portfolio anonymously and I signed a consent form to confirm I was happy for him to do that. But felt just as comfortable to say no, there was no pressure at all xx

Hi [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] i think for most the 1 week PO is usually dressings being taken off, hopefully being given the go-ahead for showers & a general check up. I wasn't at mine for more than 10mins xx

Re: Post op - what to expect?
That's strange! Only half my message posted!! My post ops were a dressing change and a look/feel and that was basically it! I saw my surgeon weekly post op for the first month so it was always quite brief!
