'D' shaped boobies ...
Hi all! I'm just looking for some reassurance cos my new boobies are very D shaped if u know what I mean, from the side. I'm sure I've read on posts here about that happening in first few days, and I was wondering how long they'd be like this?? I'm so happy with the size, just the shape that's freaking me out a little :-0.

Re: 'D' shaped boobies ...
They're box fresh, so they've been lying flat for however long. The 'goo' is dispersed evenly as it sits on the flat, so it gives a very prominent D shape when they're new, especially with the skin and muscle holding them so tight. They're likely going to be like that for a while I'm afraid. Its part of the whole dropping and fluffing process. For me it was about 6 months. Others are quicker. But eventually they'll drop into their pocket, and fluff, so all the 'goo' settles with gravity into the lower pole, and you get the nice sloping shape.
Have a look here for an example.

Mine are like this Shona still, and I'm 6 weeks post op sunday. I keep thinking they look liked they have dropped slightly, get excited, then I turn to the side and there still D shaped!
I'm also going through boob greed at the mo. ..ugh, it's evil!
They look huge when I wear a bra though... lol.

Hi Shana - I watched a video on here today that might put your mind at rest. Just type 'video' into the search and scroll down to a post called 'stages of healing' by mio321 in General Augmentation. The pictures immediately after surgery are a bit OMG square boobs, but you see how well they change and settle over time. I'm really glad I saw it pre op, so I don't panic during the early days. Thought it might help you too :-) x

Thank you all, has put my mind at rest somewhat! I just need to be patient, and I guess it doesn't help that I'm still feeling a bit sore and a bit sorry for myself. The pain is definitely subsiding though, not nearly as bad as it was a couple of days ago.
And [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] that video is great!! Amazing that's the same woman from day 1 to 3 months, phenomenal changes, good to see and comforting. Thank you for showing me where to find it! xxx

Mine have lost the D shape now but I know how you feel. I was concerned too. I keep meaning to update my picture trail. Once I do I'll post a thread so you can see the progress. I definitely feel like I've got boob shaped boobs now so it's not taken that long for me xx

Mine started to drop at around 7 weeks but they didn't fluff until I would say 6 months. They go through so many changes xxx
